I would give this place a negative zero. The leadership in the Delray Medical Center are absolutely abusive people. They run the DMC Emergency room like a dictatorship. I have never seen anyone treat their staff so poorly. They were intentionally and deliberately hurtful to many staff members and treated staff with immense inconsideration rudeness during the beginning of the pandemic and after. Absolutely an oppressive environment. I cant believe how these people in leadership are allowed to treat staff so poorly and not get called out on it. Terrible just terrible and very disappointing.

Love love love this company Not only is the company focused on growing the business but also making sure that the team members are taken care of. Its a very authentic culture where the core values are not just words on a poster but actually alive. Amazing people who do great work

If I could give a zero I would. This company is not employee friendly. They are interested in putting cash in their pockets. I was let go after speaking up because of the way they treated us If you are an employee with Conifer you will be treated like a robot and not a human

I have loved my job at Conifer The leaders have taken a genuine interest in my goals and support me in my professional development. I like connecting with people who are in other departments within the company. We get to wear jeans everyday and the leaders treat us to goodies a couple times a month I have made great friends here and hope to stay at Conifer for several years.
