Had an appointment for 2:30. Didn’t see the doctor until 3:45!! When will doctors learn that patients are customers and stop treating us in the poor manner. As I was in the waiting room, a patient left before seeing the doctor because she had another appointment. STOP BOOKING MORE PATIENTS THAN YOU HAVE TIME TO SEE!!!

I saw Dr. Martinez for a mrsa skin infections. I was really impressed by his approach and genuine concern for my condition. Would highly recommend him and the office. Wait was short, appointment brief but appropriate in time, staff was very nice. Caroline with the front of house was very compassionate and helpful.

I saw Dr Tummala at the Plano ER in Sep and he was very helpful and informative over my 6 days. Great doctor. But his office is busy and slow. I arrived at 2:30 when told to for 2:45 appt. At 3:30 I asked status and was told he was a few minutes late. At 4:15, I saw Dr Tummala and left the office at 4:17. He was informative and helpful as I was expecting a quick checkup. I respect Dr Tummala and his practice and just wish I was told it would be a long wait while as I sat often as only person in the waiting room. Wish I had better communication from the front desk.

Dr. Krishnan is absolutely the cream of the crop. Kind, professional, excellent bedside manner, knowledgeable, the highlight of my day. She is very direct, after a visit I had no doubt about what was going on with me. I had to call the after hour line very late Friday night. I had developed fever and swelling in my incision again. She called me back within 4 minutes, made some changes and gave information for the weekend. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Highly recommend without reservations.

I think the service I got from this doctor sucks. I waited three days for this person to see me and still she did not show. Now I being charged for her service. To top it off I still did not receive the correct amount of service, unless you call spending ten to 15 minutes without a diagnosis. Myself I call it being robbed of health care. So how to you pay for your loans and cars......No wonder health care is a farce...

I was introduced to Dr. Tummala when I was admitted to Medical Ctr. of Plano on Dec. 3rd - 10th. As you may or may not know this one of the worst weather weeks we have had in years. Dr. Tummala came in every day to check up on me even though the weather was NASTY. He was very kind and explained everything to me. Awesome Doctor.
