Melissa was so kind, intelligent and professional! She answered all my questions and was so easy to talk with. The entire office was professional and organized. Will absolutely be seeing Melissa again for all my skin questions!

Office was very relaxed... not that often seen "cattle call" to see the doc. Office was very polite and took care of business well. Dr. Kim was very nice, engaging, and competent. Seemed very caring about my health. I like that this Doc seemed to have her own business... not the franchise or focus on some group.

Extremely Unethical Billing Practices I had a terrible experience with this doctor’s office. Not only was I double charged for a single visit, but after trying to resolve the issue multiple times with their billing department, they sent my account to collections without any warning. This was not only frustrating but deeply unfair and damaging. I tried to be patient and reasonable, but no one took accountability or provided any explanation. It felt like they cared more about squeezing money out of patients than actually helping them. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable, especially from a medical professional I trusted with my care. I strongly recommend avoiding this provider unless you want to deal with shady billing practices and a complete lack of transparency or support.

It was a great visit. Quick and easy. Dr. Kim was very detailed and had a wonderful bedside manner and asked a few times if I had any questions and made me feel very comfortable with everything.
