I saw Dr. Lucy Li yesterday and I have to share that I have the upmost confidence in her. I have seen her for 15 years or more and I truly value her expertise and care. She caught my melanoma a few years back and I am so grateful. She monitors my skin with exactness and that gives me incredible peace of mind. I’m someone who consistently presents with Basel. Cell, squamous cells and Dr. Lee identifies them and gets rid of them leaving me very pleased with minimal squaring. I highly recommend her.

I have only been seeing Dr. Katie Vo for about a year now and am extremely happy with her diagnostic knowledge and care. Much better than any other dermatologist I have gone to.

Staff is proficient and knowledgeable. Lucy Li is very pleasant. They sometimes seem rushed, otherwise I would give them A 5 star rating.

Had multiple appointments for warts and waited for hours just to have few minutes of laser treatment and leave…kept begging staff for someone to come see me and it was always “she will be right there”. Any question I asked, doctor didn’t know to suggest any alternatives and just kept telling me to come back when treatment didn’t work clearly. Not the friendliest staff.

Daughter and myself were patients of this practice but they make it very difficult to get a prescription filled that should be written for a yearly dose saying we have to be seen every six months.and has to be filled by Their pharmacy. Just a money grab

I am absolutely stunned by the negative reviews for this clinic. I went in today , I was treated with kindness and professionalism at the front desk. I was taken back to the treatment area , asked a couple of questions and I had all of my concerns addressed. Then the doctor and two staff members came into treatment area- Dr Li spent a couple minutes with me- addressed my concerns and offered to courses of treatment I chose to have a few benign growths frozen off my back She reviewed to others on my neck and head , told me what they were and that was that. No "rushing" me in and out as others have mentioned. Not sure how much time yall expect from a doctor- but I was satisfied.
