Dr. Knapp’s appointment and treatment was great and his staff as well.
Same-day appointment after an injury. I received phenomenal care. The wait was not long (although I understand that the Frisco office gets pretty crowded and wait times can be long). Doctor Takashima was very attentive. She listened carefully, and spent a decent amount of time with me (I wasn't rushed through). I was well attended to and felt the care was sincere. I did receive a follow-up telephone call two days after my visit. The staff was very welcoming and considerate. Overall, this was a very good experience. Very good care in a comfortable environment.
Doctor is good, staff is also good. 2 star is for their waiting time. Every time I come had to wait 45 min at front desk and another 30-40 min in the room. I did talk to other patients at front desk and they had similar experiences. Waiting must be improved or Doctor needs to find some alternative.
Front office staff is nice. Doctors don’t respect patients’ time. My appointment today was at 2. Doctor (don’t want to name names) didn’t even come to see me till 3:10. So I canceled my appointment and left. If the doctor is busy, I completely respect that. don’t be greedy and schedule so many appointments that you are making patients wait for an hour and 10 minutes and don’t even show up.
Screwed me on my big toe and I was in there for bunion and hammer toes correction. The doctor did not want to fix the problem she created. My big toes were not deformed so they did not need to be cut in any way just moved to the right place. She got mad when I was trying to get her to correct the problem. What nerve!!! Why would I want my big toe shooting up to the stars like a banana. I'm now having a new doctor correct this problem. Thank God he is so nice about it.
When I came to this facility I was expecting a plan of care to be done for my feet. Foot care, Toenail cut and care callous’s cleaning and the straightening of my toes. Instead, I was to to buy multiple products at their facility including given a prescription could be used over years of time for a foot cream. The laser treatment is a waste of hard earned money. Where is the plan of care to justify the billing of my insurance, office visits fees, products that I surely did NOT need, and my feet looks the same as the first day I walked in their Frisco office. This place is so overrated, overpriced and the follow through care is non existent. Just because they are located in Frisco doesn’t mean the quality of work is good. I see quality doctors in the Oak Cliff area that does hell of quality work and I reside in Plano. I highly would NOT recommend this place for your podiatry needs/care. TEMU has a better plantar fasciitis product than this medical facility. Raquel Brooks- customer

I had an issue with placing the order for a shoe insert. I called them to cancel the order, but the person I spoke to from the billing and from the receptionist( Shada) was very rude, talked over me and was not responsive to my questions. She didn’t even apologize for interrupting. I literally did not get a proper response from anyone for my issue. Once the order is placed for the orthotics, it is placed and there is no way to cancel it and o wasn’t provided enough i formation before placing the order for the orthotics. Overall, the treatment from the doctor was good but my experience post treatment talking to the receptionist or the billing department regarding the order is not very pleasant.
I was born with a bad bunion on my left foot that was causing me problems for years. I am a freshman in college and like to do lots of sports, so it was really burdensome to do them with that bunion. I had heard about Dr Tavakoli through a friend and I decided to get it handled, and it was a great decision. I did the lapiplasty surgery that they recommended in June of 2023 and I never felt more comfortable with medical staff before. I've had surgery in the past before but it didn't compare to the hospitality I felt here. They were very attentive to my problems and gave proper feedback. Usually when I go to doctors they never really listen and empathize with my issues, but here the staff was very empathetic and would answer any question I had honestly, directly, and with understanding. I felt this the most with Dr Tavakoli, she is the definition of a listener and i'm very greatful for her work. Any problem I had, wether it'd be with medicine or overall foot pain, she properly adapted to my needs and helped me feel way better. I am now 3 months out of surgery and still recovering, and the process was honestly difficult at first, but Dr Tavakoli was very helpful and resourceful to help steer me into the proper recovery direction. Now I feel great, I'm walking better, theres no pain in my foot, and I can't wait to get back to my physical activities. I highly recommend this place if you're looking to fix any issues with your feet. I've had family friends come here as well for their problems, and they were also extremely satisfied by the work here.
I didn’t want to write this negative review. I told the Dr. Not to remove a callous two days ago as I am getting over an infection at another site on my body. I was assured it would not even bleed. Two days later, I am at the ER with signs of an infection on my foot. I even provided my own bandage when it was removed. I am livid,

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
