Dr. Cain did a wonderful job on my Lipoma removal. My lipoma was about medium sized but after the surgery there is less than an inch of a scar that is barely visible and blends well with my skin. Looks like there was never a lipoma there. I’m very happy with the results.

My visits were incredible. I went it to get my keloid, cause by an ear piercing, removed. The keloid was very large and a few years old, and I was embarrassed by it that I was nervous getting it removed. When I went it to Texas Facial Aesthetics I didn't know what to expect but the environment was very welcoming, he has a great front desk team. (Larissa in particular is a kind person, and once my phone was dying and the ladies lended me charger!) It wasn't busy and because of that it felt really private and I didn't feel judged whatsoever. The nurses were also nice! Just a really great team. Dr. Cain's whole staff really makes the environment great. He is welcoming and is personable. He was easy to understand and was just overall really good at his job. The keloid surgery went great, I was surprised at how well it's healed and how it's recovered. It is life changing! I have almost forgotten I ever had it! Also if anyone's considering it, it's worth traveling for!

Fixed my daughter’s stretched earlobe. Did an amazing job! Office staff and doctor were great and patient with my 9 year old daughter. She was afraid and they took the time to explain every step and procedure to her. Highly recommend!

When it comes to working on your face you obviously want someone who specializes in the face!! Dr. Cain removed a very prominent beauty mark (mole) from my upper lip and the results are nothing short of amazing!! He makes you feel very comfortable with the procedure and after care and takes the utmost care and caution for very minimal scaring. I would definitely trust Dr. Cain and his team with future procedures! Very happy with my experience!

Dr. Cain and his staff are fantastic! The ladies in the office were so very nice and caring! And he was so professional! And does amazing work! I had a sebaceous cyst on my face that needed to be removed by a plastic surgeon. Stitches were removed it today. And I can already tail that there will barely be a scar! He is amazing

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Cain for Dysport injections at Texas Facial Aesthetics. The entire process, from scheduling to check out, was quick and easy. Dr. Cain was professional and knowledgeable and spent time discussing the process and answering my many questions as this was my first time getting Dysport. The office is beautiful and the staff is very friendly. Strongly recommended!
