I have been twice and have seen Chad Bailey both times. Very little wait time. Staff is excellent and Chad Bailey is very thorough, answering any and all questions I have asked . Literally the first time I have ever liked an ENT’s entire staff and doctors!

Very disappointed with Collin County ENT, I had a balloon septoplasty performed by Dr. Keith Matheny, he said that the procedure was going to fix my deviated septum condition and that I was going to feel the improvement in breathing, he even said this procedure was going to help with my sleep apnea condition, after two months, I still cannot breath well and the septum is not straight as expected, I went back for follow up and he said I needed another procedure to shrink the turbinates, on top of that I was being charged for the follow up visit, at this point I decided to look for second opinions with two ENT doctors where both of them agreed and told me from the beginning that balloon septoplasty wasn’t an option for me, they confirmed my septum was still deviated and turbinate shrinking by itself wasn’t going to improve my breathing problems. Long story short, my septum is still deviated after balloon septoplasty, breathing is still a major issue after surgery and I have gotten no real solution from the physician or anyone from Collin County ENT. The quality of service I got from the Physician (Keith Matheny), PA, billing department and Collin County ENT office was terrible, extremely disappointing. I hope this review helps other patients like me to make a well-informed decision and to get different opinions before choosing this provider for their healthcare needs.

This was my first visit and I found the staff friendly and the intake process efficient. Dr. Matheny was outgoing and explained things in plain English and recommended a treatment plan… also, found out I had never been properly instructed how to use Flonase after using it improperly for many years. I highly recommend the group and Dr Matheny!

CCENT, Dr. Matheny, and the staff are excellent. I had Dr. Matheny correct my deviated septum, administer cryo therapy to my terminates, and generally clean out my sinuses. The result is fantastic and I wish I had not waited. Wow! I can breath!!! Additionally, the hospital accommodations are top notch. Very relaxing and easy. Thanks guys!!!

I specifically booked a follow up appointment for a time Dr. Matheny was seeing follow up patients but at my appointment I never saw Dr Matheny, I only saw an assistant. If I book an appointment with the Dr, I expect to see the Dr. Very disappointed that did not happen. I have always seen Dr Matheny at previous appointments.

Dr. Keith Matheny is without a doubt the absolute best ENT specialist in north Texas. After several years of using Afrin every night in order to breath while I sleep, he has completed a brand new procedure on my sinuses that has cured me of my Afrin dependency. I can finally breath at night without medication. The difference in my sinus heath as a result of this new procedure is like the difference between night and day. Thank you, Dr. Matheny, from the bottom of my heart. You have literally added years to my life and relieved me of a medical burden that has plagued me for several years.

Doctor checked the Earlens in my ear, cleaned ear, and repositioned lens. Made sure I heard what he did after replacing the processor in my ear. Dr Matheny asks questions and answers my questions completely to my satisfaction. Great doctor!
