Dr. Estrera performed a total knee replacement for me in August of 2022 (male in my 60's). I have been extremely pleased with all aspects of the surgery, including the staff and facilities at Medical City Frisco, the competence and friendliness of the TMI staff including the x-ray technician, the medical assistant, the physician's assistant, the receptionists, and all the staff in the TMI Frisco physical therapy group. In particular, Dr. Estrera's protocol for pain management was very helpful. The TMI Physical Therapy staff being experts in joint replacement recovery was also reassuring.

I had total knee replacement on my left knee the end of July. Surgery went great. You will not find a more attentive doctor. He always checked on me and made sure I was able to contact him at anytime if I had problem. Being an out if town patient, that was so comforting. My scar is very minimal. I have not had any problems and have my right knee scheduled! I highly recommend, and have already recommended Dr. Estrera to my friends and even strangers!

Dr. Kenneth Estrera performed a total knee replacement on my left knee in February 2022. The procedure went really well. My recovery has been exceptional. I think what sets Dr. Estrera apart from his peers is his very well thought out and well performed surgical procedure but especially his willing and open communication with his patient both before the procedure but especially after the procedure. For one full week after the procedure I either saw Dr. Estera personally in the hospital or he called me to check on my healing. Very impressive.

Excellent Dr. He listened to all my past problems with my left hip and referred me to get x-rays & an MRI to determine what needs to be done. He was very informative and have a caring attitude for his patients. Very good 1st visit.

I was referred to Dr. Estrera by another one of my physicians who suggested I get a second opinion. I was so impressed, I scheduled my total knee replacement right away, and truth be told, I went to this appointment with no intentions of doing the TKR. Dr. Estrera and his staff go over and above what is considered the standard of care. I felt that the medical plan was tailored to me vs. me having to adjust to a general plan of care. Dr. Estrera is kind, caring and very thorough. He personally called me everyday for 5 days after my surgery to make sure things were going as planned. In addition to Dr. Estrera, I am equally impressed and pleased with his PT team. Josh and Steven push me to achieve the best outcome possible while making the time spent at PT enjoyable.
