The front desk was very nice and I was seen almost 15mins early! My forms were all accepted online too. The medical assistant, Shannon was SO amazing! She was warm, funny, and smiling! We were laughing in my appt and she listened to all my concerns and wrote them down. The Dr. was also great! She even prescribed me products for my hair that wouldn’t affect my dyed color! She was patient and actually asked me about my concerns and what to do with my RXs. Shannon then answered all my questions and I was checked out with no issues! Shannon even made sure to explain the payment process/quote my procedure and what to expect afterwards. Overall, amazing experience!

Sydney and Dr. Gustovich were amazing! As well as the front desk. They are all very helpful, responsive, and knowledgeable. I had been frustrated with a skin condition on my face and Dr. Gustovich easily diagnosed me and answered all my questions! I left feeling a weight off of my shoulders. I had also explained to her that I wasn't going through insurance so she provided the most cost efficient options! I would recommend her to everyone!

Dr.Carla Gustovich and her staff are AMAZING! I cannot say enough wonderful things about this office. I am so grateful to have found an incredible dermatologist with an incredible bedside manner and fabulous staff! Thank you for the care you give! I am excited that we have found a fabulous dermatologist for our family close to home. I highly recommend Magnolia Dermatology to my family and friends!

I recently moved to the area and was looking for a new dermatologist. I visited Dr. Gustovich and I could only wish she was my Dr for all things medical!! She really took the time to talk through any/all questions I had. She has to be the most knowledgeable and personable Dr. I've ever met. All the staff are super nice as well! Highly recommend!

In my career as a Registered Nurse, I worked in a dermatology office. I recently saw Dr. Gustovich for my annual check-up and was very impressed with her kindness, comments and expertise. I followed that visit up with an appointment with Tara for a facial and can't say enough good things about my experience and the results for my skin. The entire staff is excellent! Give them a try.

I saw Dr Rachel Graves for a rash. I told her what happened and she was able to immediately pinpoint the problem (I was allergic to a poison ivy cream I've been using) and prescribed me a topical steroid. I then did an allergy test to see what allergens I was allergic to. It was easy to make an appointment (I didn't have to be put on hold), and I didn't have to be wait long.

I had an appointment with Dr. Gustovich and felt very comfortable, heard, & well taken care of. Dr. Gustovich gave her recommendations for treatment but also listened to my concerns and adjusted accordingly. All the staff, medical assistants and front desk were so nice and welcoming. The office itself is stunning and clean. I did the paperwork and brought it to the office. Even arriving to my appointment a minute late, I was seen quickly and I didn’t feel like my appointment was rushed. Having moved to Texas from NY 3 years ago, I’m happy I finally found a dermatologist that listens to my concerns, has a welcoming office, AND has many appointment times available. Highly recommend.

Finally found my perfect skin doctor, dr Gustovich is so kind , listens to your concern carefully .overall staff in the clinic is helpful . I was having problem with acne for long time but after her right treatment I am finally able to healed it I am so happy about my skin , I highly recommend her !!
