We have seen Dr. Dave for 9 plus years and she continually exceeds our expectations. She shows genuine concern for our g tube child and has his best interest at heart. He even made her a lego flower in appreciation for all that she has done to support his growth over the years. She truly is the best!

Dr. Dave was excellent to work with. She was attentive and helped us work through a difficult GI situation. Would highly recommend!

Regrettably I have to give Dr. Mona Dave a poor review. - From the first appointment I did not have a good experience with her staff and then when my daughter and her sister were needing serious help, no one seemed to care nor did they even think about letting the doctor communicate with me over the phone. I had my daughter screaming on the floor from pain and I got no sensitivity from them. - During our second appointment my oldest twin daughter has celiac and the doctor looked at me like I was stupid when I asked if the younger twin will for sure get celiac too.. and then continued to ask if my girls have always been identical twins.. like, yes they have always been identical twins and yes I’m sure that they are. Bedside manner was just poor and she recommended what physical therapy for GI would look like for her and I’m still in disbelief that she would recommend what she said - it would be TRAUMATIZING. I worked so hard to get us transferred to this doctor and after 2 appointments realized she isn’t the right one for our family. - And after our first appointment when talking to her, she didn’t even come back after discussing with us to say goodbye.. nice to meet and help you.. say bye to my daughter, THE PATIENT.. Which I thought was so weird - I fully expected her to come back and she just disappeared when saying she would put things in the chart. Just all so terrible. It’s so difficult to find a good specialist nowadays

Dr Dave and staff so far has been exceptional in treating our daughter. I am in healthcare and have been all my career for over 20 years. Dr Dave has surpassed many doctors I have worked with in her knowledge and empathy in care of her young patients. She takes the time to explain things to the children and their parents until they understand what going on. It’s a bit of a drive to go see her but it’s absolutely worth it❤️

She truly listened to our concerns and made us feel heard and supported. The receptionist and medical assistant were also polite, professional, and contributed to the overall positive experience. I highly recommend Dr. Mona Dave to anyone in need of a skilled and compassionate gastroenterologist for their child.

Disappointing Experience 1. Last-minute cancellation without confirmation call 2. Wasted time: Half-day lost for unnecessary trip 3. Inconvenience: Kids' daycare arrangements disrupted Poor Communication: No courtesy call before cancellation. Unprofessional and inconsiderate service.

Avoid This Office: Unfriendly office staff, evident from the initial interaction. Issues: 1. Rudeness from staff 2. Complicated appointment process: - Call to schedule - Register on portal - Confirm on portal (difficult navigation) - Call again to confirm 3. Lack of confirmation calls 4. text messages regarding cancellations 5. Unavailable phone lines 6. No rescheduling options; abrupt cancellations Recommendation: Seek alternative offices with better customer service.

My children have seen Dr. Dave for years. She is one of the most thorough and well thought out physicians I have ever encountered. For complex issues, she does a great job of delving into all possible causes. I will be sad when my children age out of her pediatric practice.

While I typically don't leave reviews because of time constraints, I feel compelled to express my gratitude for the exceptional care provided by Dr. Dave. She has attended to my other children in the past, but recently, I've had a child who has been quite unwell, hospitalized for various reasons, particularly struggling with GI issues alongside other symptoms. Dr. Dave's compassion and proactive approach were remarkable; she went beyond the call of duty by reaching out to our pediatrician's office promptly. As a concerned mother, I deeply appreciated her dedication and attentiveness to my child's well-being.

Good Diagnosis One of the very few doctors who took my son's 'not so serious' problems, quite seriously. She did not give up like others and her approach convinced me that she is a doctor who is quality oriented. We have been through a million GIs and Surgeons since the birth for my son and for 6 years we have seen all kinds. Her step by step evaluation , approaching previous surgeons , discussing pros cons, possibilities and exclusion exercise are impressive. I hope she continues to dedicate and deliver quality service to more patients like us.
