Dr. Richardson and his entire staff are the best in my book. I had a lip lift, subcision and filler for acne scarring and full face CO2 laser and am so pleased with the results. Well worth the money. Dr. Richardson is personable and listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. I had researched doctors for over two years and when I came upon his reviews, I knew he is who I needed to see. Again, Dr. Richardson and everyone at Texas Facial Aesthetics is awesome

I know I'm biased, my wife is the most beautiful woman in the world. I'm a science and surgery advocate type of person, so I was absolutely on board with my wife regarding her surgery choices. I do remember thinking, how much will surgery really help since she's already beautiful? I'm here to tell you, a year later I really appreciate the results and Dr. Richardson is a fantastic surgeon. We are both in our mid 40s and it's amazing to see my wife's face when we're around others in our same age bracket. And the lip lift...someone in the office said it's the "secret weapon". I've been in sales for over 30 years at this point and I was slightly skeptical, and thought this lip lift is probably just a nice little money maker add on(and I hope that is). I was wrong. It's a game changer, period. The lip lift absolutely made everything come together and I love how her lips are now in this movie star voluptuous position... always! Thank you for your amazing attention to detail, Dr Richardson!

I had my forehead reduction done by Dr. Richardson and it’s the best thing I have ever done! I’ve never done plastic surgery so I was nervous as I didn’t know what to expect, him and his team were amazing and overall made my experience a great one! He did an amazing job on my hairline and we were able to meet my goal, I highly recommend him especially if you have been thinking about forehead reduction he made my first time plastic surgery a great one!

Pricing on par with other doctors and better service in my opinion. He tailored the procedure to do the best thing for my anatomy and the results I wanted. Neck lift, face lift and brow lift. Even got a bit of a forehead reduction with the brow lift. Other doctors only wanted to do endoscopic brow lift which would have increased the size of my forehead. Dr Richardson had the expertise to do the opposite. Also did laser. Love the results. 3 weeks faced the public again and now at 10-12 months the results are amazing. Look at least 10 years younger. Everyone thinks I lost weight too. Staff is friendly and makes you feel at home. All I can say is that is was worth it and I would do it again with Dr Richardson.

I had a hairline advancement/ forehead reduction done with Dr. Richardson in Nov. 2021, and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. All of my communications with Dr. Richardson and his staff , whether email, text, phone, or in-person were friendly, professional, and prompt. My questions and concerns were readily addressed prior to the surgery and the procedure itself was done beautifully. Now, at 5 months post-op, I can't begin to say how thrilled I am with my results. The scar continues to fade and is already almost invisible. I began to regain feeling in my scalp at the 3-month mark, exactly as Dr. Richardson said I should, and while it is quite itchy at the moment, I know that is a sign of healing. Meanwhile, I get giddy butterflies every time I look in the mirror -- this was life changing for me and I would do it all again without hesitation.

I had a septorhinoplasty and submental liposuction with Dr. Richardson. Everyone in the office was so friendly. The office is beautiful, too. I loved the nursing staff-especially Jessica. I really liked the continuity of care-in that I saw the same nurse for most of my appointments and before & after surgery. If I ever had a question after surgery, it was easy to get in touch with the nurse. I never had to wait long for my appointments. Dr. Richardson has great bedside manner. He was very knowledgeable and took time to answer all my questions. My nose & my neck look amazing and I am able to breathe again! I live 3 hours away and it was 100% worth the drive for the care and the surgical expertise of Dr. Richardson and the staff at Texas Facial Aesthetics.

I had my mole removed with Dr Richarson, it was a big one so I’m quite worried, but the entire process went smoothly and the result is fantastic, the stuff are also incredible, I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs to have their mole taken care of.
