List of MIchele Pepperell Md's Reviews
I have recommended Dr. Pepperell to several friends and family members. She is one of my favorite doctors I have ever had because she is so kind, patient, and genuinely cares about her patients. She is thorough and knowledgeable. Her staff and her respond quickly to portal messages which is a great bonus to the care she provides!
Friends...if you have any health issues that your physician tells you that you should just "wait and watch every 4-6 months" PLEASE RUN TO GET A SECOND OPINION!! I trusted my UT Southwestern OBGYN to refer me to a Gynecologic Oncologist @ Texas Oncology & she did a "minimal" sonogram and said that she would not do surgery to remove my ovaries. So our daughter started a new job with Dr. Jon Ricks in Frisco & he thought my symptoms were enough to get another second opinion. He sent me to a different Gynecologic Oncologist @ Medical City Dallas, Dr. Alan Munoz & he did an MRI with contrast and immediately saw that I needed emergency surgery. I just got out of the hospital & the surgery turned out to be very extensive! It was a blessing from God that Dr. Ricks & Dr. Munoz came into my life....to save my life! "Don't be just a number....Stand Up and Demand that physician's become hands-on involved if you don't feel like yourself!" Take it from me...I am alive today because of the 2 physicians that did a complete work up on me & found the answers. Shame on Michele Pepperell, MD @ UT SOUTHWESTERN FRISCO and Arlene Garcia-Soto, MD @ TEXAS ONCOLOGY-PLANO...as both just wanted me to "wait and watch." Hell, I could have died if I would have listened to them 😠 😡 👿

I've been a patient of Dr. Pepperell's for 10+ years. She worked with me throughout my high-risk twin pregnancy and after leaving Frisco OB/GYN, I've now followed her to her new practice here at UT Southwestern. She has girl-next-door charm and a sweet bedside manner, but will give you straight answers and is tough if she needs to be. She also spends quality time with you during the appointment, making sure your questions are answered and everything is explained in detail, never making it feel rushed. The new office is very clean and modern and the nurses are all friendly and welcoming. Thankfully, I've been in good health (except for a few issues during pregnancy), so I've never been anxious or worried about visiting her office. It's a calm atmosphere and I always love seeing her!
Dr. Pepperell is THE BEST of THE BEST. I've been a patient for over 10 years and should've done a review years ago. She is so smart and knowledgable. She has an excellent bedside manner. She truly cares. Dr. Pepperell asks many questions and is beyond thorough. She did my hysterectomy many years ago and the scar was so tiny and it's already faded. I have referred several of my friends to Dr. Pepperell and they love her. I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Pepperell. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Pepperell.

Dr. Pepperell is amazing! I have been a patient for years and even after moving to Kansas she remains my doctor. Lets face it ladies OB/GYN is not the kind of doctor that you want to get wrong, am I right? Even after her move from Baylor to UT Southwestern she continues to have the best staff! With my unique situation traveling from Kansas it was imperative that we cluster my care into a single appointment and they did just that. Dr. Pepperell and her team went above and beyond to ensure I was completely taken care of and for that I am so grateful!! See you ladies next year!
Dr. Pepperell is a good knowledgeable doctor. But she has a very conflicting personality and is not personable with her patients. Here is why: 1. When I was pregnant with my 1st baby I deliver in Baylor frisco. Loved the hospital. BUT when I was pregnant with my 2ND. child I had to change hospitals because she had a problem with the Baylor Frisco. 2. I got a letter that she had issues with the other members with her practiceAs a LOYAL patient. I decided to go with her and did all the paperwork I needed to do. ( SECOND PERSONALITY ISSUE THAT AFFECTS ME) 3. I made the appt. She changed it 3 times and for those three times I had to change my schedule and arrange care for my kids. I got the new address wrong So finally I arrive there 20 min. ( I previously call) btw running to get there I sprained my ankle and she canceled my appt. 4. Tried to go back to the other drs. But couldnt bc. of the conflict of dr. pepperell they weren't taking back any previous patients of hers.
I found Dr. Pepperell after moving to the metroplex and have always been impressed with her approach to explaining conditions, taking time to chat about concerns and providing amazing care. She has had mostly great nurses during the 7 years I've gone to her as well. When I was unexpectedly pregnant at 37, she helped me through a high risk pregnancy, the C-section and the after care. I would recommend her to everyone.
Dr. Pepperell is by far the best doctor I’ve ever had. Her nurses are so awesome too. She delivered both of my babies, and I felt like a priority to her during both pregnancies and deliveries. She’s so smart, and personable.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
