The office is covered in signs about rescheduling fees and other nickel-and-dime reminders. God forbid you need labs - they don’t have appts for timing for these. You just show up and home someone is available within the next 30-90 min.

Great doctor, great staff. When I first visited them my A1c was in the high 9s. Now after a few months I'm below 6.

When I was there they were polite and Dr. Dhawan listened to my problems that I was having with my Diabetes and she put me on what I needed to be on. I have never waited to long .

Terrible bedside manor. The staff barely communicates with patients to set up appointments, then when appointments are made, they make you wait over an hour to see the doctor. Then they make you come in and pay for an appointment (that you have to wait another hour for once you arrive at the correct time) to view results instead of just sending them. Then the doctor comes in wearing torn jeans and a t-shirt; not dressed Professionally at all. Looked like some random person walked in from the street. When many people say not to come to place because of bad professionalism, listen. Do not come here. There’s many ENT offices in the area

Do not recommend based on unprofessional treatment by the “office manager,” “ billing assistant,” whatever his title may be. He will ruin the practice. It is a shame.

I'm not 100% sure why my experience thus far has differed so greatly from the excessive amount of negative reviews, but I have found this center to be rather incredible. The front desk staff is super-friendly and accommodating. I am a newly diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. I was given a comprehensive exam including bloood, urine, and retina. The doctor explained my condition to me, provided me a bg meter and showed me how to use it. On my follow-up she reviewed my bloodwork results and let me know what each measurement was and where I fell within the range. She discussed treatment options and explained each clearly and concisely. It can be confusing and scary receiving a Dx of Diabetes, but with a great endocrinologist and helpful office staff, I feel well equipped to deal with it. I would recommend this office to anyone needing friendly service. I'm not sure what led others to have such a negative experience, but I can only provide honest feedback based on my visits.

Terrible office. The front desk staff is rude, the doctors are extremely unprofessional and do not listen to you nor treat you like a decent human being, AND they overcharged me. Thankfully Blue Cross Blue Shield picks up on scams and notifies you when you're being overcharged. Do not come here. I repeat. DO NOT.
