Waited over a hour for a consultation never once was it said hey you know we are running behind in time but we will be with you shortly would have been nice and completely understanding things happen was referred by a patient but honestly customer service goes a long way sorry maybe next time .

Be aware that if you try to qualify for Care Credit they literally charge you the day of ! Without actually even being serviced. My mom qualified for the amount she wanted two weeks later she cancelled her appointment at its appropriate time. A couple weeks later she gets a charge. SHE NEVER got serviced !!!!!!! $2700 later. It’s literally stolen money for a service that was NEVER DONE. They say she signed a contract it is NOT a contract is is a receipt that she was applying for Care Credit Be very aware of this company ask all the questions

Be aware that the prices they post on social media are merely a marketing tactic to attract customers. I have seen numerous promotions that Novuskin Frisco offers on social media, and I’ve become cautious whenever I see something that seems "too good to be true." Well, I wasn't wrong. THEY KNOW HOW TO ATTRACT PEOPLE WITH FALSE PRICES. Novuskin is offering a BARBIE ARMS treatment for only $69. Sounds fantastic, right? But I wasn't fooled: I scheduled an appointment yesterday and confirmed it. I never provide my cell phone number to these types of services, only my home number, to avoid receiving texts. I just called and asked several questions, and I concluded that this price is only for one session, but they will offer other treatments and a membership (according to the lady who takes calls). Of course I cancelled. Before my call today, I went over all the reviews, and bad reviews are always more important than good ones. I used to be a Beverly Hills Rejuvenation Center client, which ALWAYS promotes packages at the prices they really charge; they never advertise false prices, so I urge the owner of Novuskin to do the same. Another scamming business is ESME Spa in Frisco as well. Learn from my experience.

I appreciated Kelly giving details and educating me on the products and current Bella facial. She made me want to come back because I felt so comfortable and trusted the process after the wonderful facial and her being able to share information. I also purchased their facial mask. Awesome job!
