This has been my PCP office for many years now. The staff are great, the office is equipped with an X-ray machine and they have capabilities for other testing as well. The lab technicians are phenomenal! When taking blood, they always get my veins on the 1st try with no discomfort and that is saying a lot because my veins are awfully difficult to find. I love ❤️ this office and the people who take care of me here. Thank you!

Dr. E has been my primary care physician since moving here August 2014. As a Cancer survivor w/multiple chronic health issues, I've been treated by 100+ MDs so I know the good vs. bad. He's the most thorough MD I've ever met. Yes an appointment can sometimes mean you lose most/all of an am or pm, but he isn't a greedy MD booking 4-6 patients for the same time all day long & then seeing them for 5 minutes each. If you bring your concerns to him or the Nurse practitioner, they LISTEN w/out spying their watch or running off to the next patient. This is the ONLY doctor I've ever seen who treats you as an equal partner in your own health & wellness. If you want to see him, then specify that when booking your appointment, & if it doesn't matter, then say so. I've needed lots of specialists' referrals & these are done within 1-2 days for as many appointments as I need-- not just 1 or 2. I think that the negative reviews about his practice & service are from going to the evening/weekend quick care clinic where it's basically an ER and there's no relationship development & all is rushed just like when you go to any ER. For the best experience become a regular patient during office hours & I think you'll agree with me.

Dr Ekweani and nurses and staff YOU ROCK !! These folks are the kindest and most compassionate I’ve ever encountered . I’ve been a patient for over 3 years so i know . If you don’t do what you’re supposed to do then expect to be reprimanded but with extreme compassion and care . You guys are true angels !

I can’t understand why dr ekweani would get anything but 5 stars . These NP are some of the most compassionate and caring nurses i have ever came into contact with . I know without a doubt they care about me and everyone they work with !! I LOVE THIS PLACE !!! I love the nurses and the front desk people , i love everyone there !!! You guys are the best !!!

I have no interacted with Dr. Ekweani personally, but I have been seen by a couple of other people in this office, yes I have had to wait a bit past my wait time but never longer than 15 mins. The staff has always been nice and respectful. I mean do they bend over backwards to ensure the average Frisco resident is happy? No. But they shouldn't have, to being polite and treating the patient with respect is more than enough. Not to mention the staff who see me, who are actually very thorough and kind. I love this office and wouldn't go anywhere else!

The care I received from Dr Ekwesni and staff has been excellent. They are all compassionate and professional. They have helped me with addiction problems as well as all other areas. I drive an hour to get to his office but wouldn't trade him for anything

I saw Dr. Ekweani's PA for my Buprenorphine maintenance and have nothing but positive things to say about the overall experience at this clinic. She was totally non-judgmental, listened thoroughly to my concerns and history, and worked with me to develop a solid medication regimen/treatment plan. I have seen a plethora of physicians in the DFW metroplex for Suboxone in the past and this practice was hands-down the best I've been to. Having a clinician who is both highly knowledgeable as well as empathetic is a true rarity these days and I am very grateful to have found Dr. Ekweani in my time of need.
