Tried calling for 2 days to make a new patient appointment! I called at least 15 different times using different menu options just trying to speak to someone and no one answered. We were referred here by our pediatrician, but will have to go somewhere else since I can’t get ahold of anyone to make an appointment!
First appointment with Dr. Ghali was Great. But it’s been over 2 months of calling and leaving voicemails to set up a 2nd follow up appointment. I have yet to get a call back. You will literally stay on the phone on hold for the next available person and no one ever picks up. Other reviews are right, they don’t call back. I have switched to another Doctor unfortunately.
Tried for weeks to get an appointment. Called many times. Left just as many voice mails. Got one call back but had to take 2 MINUTES to get my insurance card from the other room. They hung up on me.Please spare me the generic "We strive to provide the best service" response. Clearly from the more recent reviews this is not the case.Bad Service. Not Kid Friendly. Bad Staff. Not Recommended.
Wonderful experience every time! We’ve seen Alice, Nicole, & Dr. Ghali over the last couple of years and they have all be so awesome. Our visit with Alice today just reminded me how thankful I am for this office and it’s staff. From the front desk to nurses, too...thank you for helping my girls have positive experiences and for helping us treat and care for their skin in the best ways!
I'm writing this review while sitting on hold for over 30 minutes waiting to speak to someone in the office. My daughter loves Nicole but if you can't speak to anyone to make an appointment you won't have many patients. This is not the first time I have had difficulty reaching the staff.
I absolutely found Dr. Ghali and his staff to be excellent providers of skin care when it comes to children and teens, However, just like the many other previous posts, in the last month I have called several times and no one ever answers the phone. I have had to now change dermatologist due to this. Good bye Pediatric Dermatology of North Texas.Oh and to every similar post, they respond by saying, "we sincerely apologize that you did not have the best experience with us. We would love to speak with you to discuss your concerns."Well, in order for you to speak to us, you do understand you would need to actually start picking up your calls and answering messages.
No same day appointment even if there are availability!!Even if we book it, will get after 2-3 weks or months later.
We visited Dr. Ghali for my 1st child and he is really friendly and did awesome job clearing out all our doubts, but i don't know what's going on no one is picking up the calls or returning messages. I am trying to book an appointment for my 3 month old from last 2 weeks and this is really frustrating. your website showing next available slot is in 01/2021, Are your locations closed due to COVID-19 pandemic?

It doesn’t matter how knowledgeable the doctor is if the staff won’t answer or return phone calls to set up an appointment. We’ve called an left several messages to schedule an appointment. Now we are looking for a different office that wants our business. I can’t imagine being a patient here and regularly trying to get appointments scheduled.

Both of my boy's go here and they love it. I love it as well because everyone is so friendly, and they are very efficient and thorough. They are very helpful in keeping your kids entertained with their favorite shows while you are waiting. We had the best experience and my kids actually look forward to going there !!
Great team on all levels. From reception to doctor visit, everyone brings their "A game". Staff knowledge and care put my sons well being first, rather than selling / recommending treatment in our case.

Dr. Ghali is great as are the PAs, the rest NO, prepare your self for long waiting calls and UN-returned messages, definitely will not bring my kids there again !!!!!!I visited them, and now i am at their location in north texas, it is CLOSED time 2:00 pm no wonder no one is there to answer my messages or follow up

We took our 5 year old to Pediatric Dermatology of North Texas and they were amazing. We would highly recommend them for all children/teens dermatology needs. It was a great experience.
The only thing I would complain about was how uncomfortably warm the waiting room was. There wasn’t any air flowing through the waiting room and it made the waiting process a bit uncomfortable.Aside from that, the staff and doctor were great. He knew exactly what my daughter needed and her skin has been perfect since the changes made. I would recommend them to anyone who is in need of a pediatric dermatologist.
Unfortunately, the front office staff at the Grapevine location is the reason I have to give this place one star. Doctors and nurse practitioner were awesome.We took our daughter in for a few appointments, and right off the bat they had an issue with her insurance. Issues with insurance are common, but they way it was handled was not. At our second visit, my wife was again trying to resolve the issue with the insurance and the lady dealing with it at this doctor's office was extremely rude. As my wife was working with one staff member to resolve this issue, another staff member who had her backed turned to the conversation threw up her hand and said " I already left her a message and I don't have time to deal with her".I did call and speak with the office manager to 1.) advise her that she has an employee with a bad attitude; 2.) We will not be returning.Now, we are trying to get our daughter's medical records faxed over, and twice, they have failed to do soIf you are the owner of this facility and are reading this, YOUR FRONT OFFICE STAFFS JOB IS TO DEAL WITH YOUR CLIENTS! PERIOD! I own several businesses throughout the Metroplex with customer facing staff members. If any of them talked to a client of ours this way, they would be fired and escorted out. IMMEDIATELY!
