I was having emergency surgery and from the security guard to the surgeon, everyone was fantastic. My partner and I decided if we ever needed medical attention (fingers crossed we don’t) we’d make sure to go to Medical City Frisco.

I had gastric sleeve surgery at Medical City Frisco this past Tuesday, 11/16. The facility was beautiful and from the moment I walked in I felt so loved and cared for! I had the BEST nurses and support staff that made sure I was well taken care of throughout the day! I was so nervous and the staff here made surgery a non event for me! I can’t say enough good things about my experience!

I had my first son here and I loved it despite surgery. I had preeclampsia and needed a C-Section after almost 24 hours of labor. The wonderful nurses kept me calm as I had my C-Section, recover, and learn how to be a mom! They were understanding, kind, and thoughtful as I went through some of the toughest days of my life.The food was also quite good! Overall, wonderful hospital and great staff.

We delivered our baby at Med City Frisco last week. It was the best experience we could have imagined. Everything went very smooth and everyone was so helpful.Nurses Wendi and Carine couldn’t have been better and not only spent time taking care of myself and the baby but also made sure my husband was comfortable and all his questions were answered.

The staff was very nice and extremely helpful. Unfortunately, the 'overflow room" was very hot and there was no bathroom or shower. There was no phone so no way to order food. Construction at 6:00 am??? Glad to get discharged, but even that took an exceptionally long time.

I had the best team of caregivers! When I entered the front door everyone was so courteous and caring! They cared and it was genuine as to take care of each patient!

Overall. experience was great the preop nurse was extremely proficient and. friendly. Thr postoperative team was very helpfull , they all worked to make my experience with them very pleasant. Overall I am a very happy patient.

The front desk staff girl (1/3) basically threatened to call security mid explanation of why I couldn’t wait on the lobby for someone in the ED. As if security would explain a simple “because of covid” better or because I’m black she assumed I’d get loud or refuse to leave. Mind you the lobby is full of waiters but okay I was singled out.
