Doctor with soul! Very caring and attentive, helped me to find the problem that bother me for a couple of years!

I have been seeing Dr. Chamblee since 2016 - 2017. She is one of the few doctors that actually listens. She listens, wants to get to the root of the issue, but also won't do extra stuff you don't need. She talks to you like a person, never talks down to you like you're stupid, and just has a great bed side manner. I wish I could clone her to take over all my specialist needs.

I was 30 minutes late arriving - tried to call ahead to be sure they would still see me but nobody would pick up. They refused to see me even though I told them I was in great pain. It took 2 months to be seen. I explained the reason I was late was because my 9:00 am appointment ran late. I am a medical professional and understand how annoying it can be when patients are tardy which is why I tried calling ahead to be sure they would see me. Zero compassion shown. All I needed was 10 minutes with their nurse to siphon the ear wax off my ear drum - leaving the office with incredible pain. Well not be waiting for her next available (March).

I have been going to Dr Chamblee for years. She put tubes in both my kids ears and is extremely knowledgeable and patient. Top notch Dr. She will sit and talk with her patients and not rush them out the door. She preformed sinus surgery on me with incredible results. You will not be sorry you made an appointment. AAA+++

Although everyone was nice and pleasant and easy to work with, Dr. Chamblee ignored or overlooked some of the issues I had raised. There was no investment in me as a patient. I guess that’s the way medicine is now. But I’m happy to see that many of you had a satisfactory experience. It just wasn’t mine.

During an appointment with Dr. Chamblee, she asked that I call her office in a week to get my lab results. After calling 2 days in a row without response, I went to Dr. Chamblee's office to complete the necessary paperwork to obtain a copy of my medical records. However Dr. Chamblee asked me to make an appointment with her to discuss my lab results. I couldn't justify the added expense. Instead, I ended up leaving her office and going directly to the lab to complete a "Patient Records Request".

I would highly recommend Dr. Chamblee to anyone needing an ENT doctor. She is gentle and cares to do the best possible job. I have Chronic Leukemia and had sinus surgery. The surgery will open up blockages and allow my sinuses to drain. Infection is a problem with Chronic Leukemia and this may keep me from being on antibiotics continually.
