Julie is absolutely amazing! She takes the time to clearly explain every service so I know exactly what to expect, and she never makes me feel rushed. What I appreciate most is how she listens to my specific skin concerns and goals, then recommends services that truly fit my needs instead of a one-size-fits-all approach. Her knowledge and care make such a difference, I always leave feeling confident and well taken care of. Highly recommend Julie!

So thankful to the ladies at Starwood. I came a week early to my appointment. Instead of pointing that out, the staff and owner found a spot in the schedule that day. (Only an hour later!) They were so gracious and even sent me home with a gifted Instaglow facial for the time I had to wait (due to my scheduling mistake). As for the actual service, Avery was great! She was patient, kind, and explained everything to me.

Julie was amazing! She was so gentle and patient, and really took the time to explain everything to me beforehand. I barely felt any pain getting my lips done for the first time ever !We made a plan together and I felt super comfortable the whole time. My Botox and lip filler turned out great — exactly what I wanted! I couldn’t be happier and definitely recommend her. The spa has a great selection of skin care and lots of specials each month!
