RESPONSE TO JASON TWe’re sorry that you feel as if you were “shuffled around” but the doctor did take his time with you in the back and asked multiple times if you had any questions. I personally also took my time explaining every detail regarding the glasses and the insurance benefits to you. When you picked up the glasses we had you try them on to make sure they were correct prior to leaving the office as we do with every patient and you didn’t express any concerns. We don’t understand how you came to the conclusion that the experience you had was racially motivated or against wealth background as we sold you a $300 frame. The reason we finalized the “subscription” is because you failed to make 3 separate appointments and gave us very short notice that you would not be attending them which is unfair and disrespectful to the patients who have and kept their appointments. I explained to you prior to your 3rd and final reschedule on the the phone that it is the end of the year and we are busy and if you missed or couldn’t attend that appointment that your RX would be finalized and you understood that. We believe this backlash by you is simply because of the fact that we would not reschedule you over and over!!
I did NOT have a good experience with them. I was shuffled around to making a subscription with haste and did not get to properly ask questions. Some Dr. Patel seems to be in a rush and the subscription came out to be wrong/uncomfortable that needs adjustment that requires me having to come back. He did not bother to properly explain how to put on contact lenses (I understand I have to figure out on my own eventually but didn’t like the attitude of the communication). It somehow even gave me the vibe that the lack of respect was racially motivated and against wealth background which is laughable (read the other comments which indicate the same). When in fact I probably earn more than some Patel.I had to reschedule a few times. The receptionist was arrogant as well and suggests if I don’t come in they’ll fill the subscriptions on my behalf without my consent. Ridiculous.Go somewhere else please don't waste your time
I wanted to take the time to recommend Dr. Patel for anyone looking for eye glasses. He was very professional and efficient. I hadn't had my eyes check in about 30+ years and the DMV sent me as I didn't pass their Eye Chart. The facililty was very clean and fresh looking. Very good first impression. The staff was friendly. The equipment is top of the line. No more dialating the eyes. Pleasant experience.
I never do reviews, but felt like I needed to on this one. If you are looking for an eye care place I DON'T recommend you going here. My husband was charged a comprehensive exam and extra exam fees for contacts and that's with insurance. He walked out paying over $100. I went to a different place myself and walked out paying $10 copay for contacts and got a free eye glass prescription. They may look fancy inside, but they are robbing you blind if you go there. I would have given no stars, but that was not an option.
No bedside manners by Dr. Patel. He announces his concerns to the entire lobby. Receptionist is very judgmental and lack ethical training. I live in PCR but she prejudged me as someone who could only afford $30 frames.I am surprised they are still in business with these blatant insults to race wealth or the fact that we were bilingual and able to speak another language. This place prefers to service only whites or middle easterners, if you have Melanin stay away!
This is the place! If you want to get your prescription, contacts, glasses, etc and want high quality and a fast appointment then this is the place! Very affordable; no “upsell” here. He does not waste your time at all and gets you what you need efficiently and with care. You will save time and money here.
I had such a good experience with them, and this was my first time ever going to the eye doctor. Haley and Dr. Patel are amazing! I was in and out so quick. Haley even helped me find a pair of glasses. It took less than 3 hours for my glasses to be ready for pick up too. 10/10 would definitely recommend this place!
Go somewhere else for the better services. The eye guy spent 5 minutes on me.I have never seen a eye doctor who does check up in 5 minutes..What a scam.
The staff was helpful. I’m please with my new glasses and new lens for my existing sunglasses.
Dr. Kirt Patel is one who I highly recommend for vision care as an optometrist /optometrist glaucoma Specialist. He takes a very practical and personalized approach in helping you understanding any underlying issues and the most non-invasive plan of action. Not once was I pressured to take any action and the staff doesnt make you feel like a stranger.I came across his practice as I Drove through the parking lot after brunch, and although his covid hours were later. I was able to call the number provided -- got to speak with him directly and even accommodated to me by arriving earlier so I wouldn't have to wait. They have a fantastic collection of designer brands for glasses and found them to be much cheaper than the traditional vision centers.HIGHLY RECOMMEND, I love my new frames too!.Mind you also, that I reside 40 minutes away and definitely planning to return for my next follow-up!Thanks Dr. Kirt Patel, and Staff!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
