Dr Aina is forward thinking and actually does labs to pick a course of action for you to empower you to get better. For some it may mean Rx and others it may mean nutrient rebalancing. He is trained in progressive methods for treating mental health such as Walsh Institute.I trust this place to do what is right.

Everything went well and the doctor is really nice, the only problem was the doctor told me the follow up would be 130 dollars but they tried to charge me 150 dollars, hope they can get this sorted out

Good place for service. If you have any issues just say something and they will see what they can do to fix the problem. Dr.s are great.

Dr Aina is the most professional, ethical, and caring doctor I have seen in my life. He has went above and beyond to help with my life issues. I love his honesty and how he values and cares for his patients. I will only see Dr. Aina and I appreciate him and his staff for all of their hard work and dedication. Thanks TriMed Frisco!

Had a good visit. Doctor was very friendly, listened well to me and was very helpful.

This was my first visit and had a f/u in two weeks. He dedicated a lot of time to me. I hope this will continue and provide me with the help I need.

Good doctor, decent experience. I need to note that one of the staff members tried to get me sign a document which was to be signed under the expressed condition "if currently taking opioids.". The condition did not apply to me, yet I was told that I need to sign it anyways because "it applied to everyone," contrary to what the document stated... I requested further explanation before signing, to which she replied "I'm not trying to be difficult.". I can understand if it's just a paper that says something general like I agree to be treated, but this was a specific statement that could carry ramifications, thus gave me the impression that important legal documents was not taken seriously. Overall the place is decent, the Doctor was professional.

I went to see doctor Aina today and must say this doctor makes the entire experience feel extremely relatable. I felt extremely comfortable speaking what was on my mind and at ease. He took the time to come up with a treatment plan for my certain predicament as opposed to just here you go take this. Thank you doctor Aina, I look forward to continuing to visit this facility now.

DO NOT COME HERE! Today I came in and received the absolute worse customer service ever. Upon booking my appointment, no one disclosed that a fee would be due because of a previous missed appointment (which I did not call to schedule myself). I explained to the lady at the front that my insurance was billed for today and she replied, she just bills--she doesn't know anything else. THEN BLANK SILENCE Meanwhile she was on the phone on what I believe was a personal call. I told her I would like to know why I am paying when my insurance was ALSO billed? I do not mind making the payment if my insurance was not billed for the visit--or at least, I am willing to pay the copay only for the missed appointment. BLANK STARE! She did not know anything nor did she EVER OFFER to accommodate me by at least notifying my provider I was there and then discussing after. Or at least noting I could be billed for missed appointment or to provide insurance claim and then it would be considered. NOTHING!!!!!!!! I will not be coming back if I need to deal with someone who is willing to turn patients away because they do not have the basic training to provide service. I LOVE NJ but this is the worst service ever. I really needed to see my provider today. FURTHERMORE, when I told her "Why don't you all get the billing sorted and call me afterward." As I walked away she LAUGHED!!! I am BEYOND unhappy because I really needed to speak with someone about the performance of my medication.
