Scheduled an appt via the website and was confirmed for a noon appt. We waited for an hour and 15 minutes after check-in and never saw the doctor.

My son cut open his chin and this urgent care was the closest to our house. The staff was kind, reasonably quick with the intake process, and at the end my son got a duck a lollipop which he loved. They do a great job to make it kid friendly, which I appreciate.

We visited this clinic for urgent care as my daughter had a bug bite and swollen foot. It was a walk-in and we were told that it's going to be 1 hr, so we went ahead as my daughter needed the attention. After waiting 1 hr we were told that there's only 1 provider and it will take another hr for the provider to pay us a visit. We waited 3 hours and then were told that we had to wait 2.5 hours more. There was no urgency nor was there care. Eventually the provider mentioned that we can leave if we can't wait as she has no clue when it's our turn. It's so disappointing to say the least waiting in line with a kid who is in pain and swelling only to deal with the terrible attitude of the provider. This is beyond disappointing and the pure apathy displayed at the clinic is remarkably shocking.

Did not tell us there was only one provider when we checked in for my sons suspected broken wrist. After waiting two hours and overhearing other people complain and walk out I inquired how much longer the wait was. Was told by three staff one of which I believe was the one provider (in the hallway) that they couldn’t say how long it would be - only that they close at 5pm - it was 1.30pm. I asked 1 hour or 2 hours, again was told they close at 5pm. Had they told us there was only one provider we would have gone elsewhere - communication is key - it’s unreasonable to expect an 8 year old who is in pain to wait for hours for a simple X-ray.

Went to this Urgent Care since my son had severe stomach pain. Doctor probes his stomach and predicts appendicitis and sends us to ER. ER doctor probes son’s stomach and says, “he wouldn’t be sitting straight right now if he had appendicitis”. How can this be acceptable ‘care’?

Had a very positive experience at this urgent care facility.Had walk-in at this place recently,still the check-in procedure was fast and my kid who was in severe pain was seen by nurse and Doctor immediately within few mins. I m glad we found this facility, wait times at other urgent care facility we have been is usually high.

I would not recommend this place. They charged me $187 for a visit when I have insurance with a copay of $50. Now they won't give it back until the claim is processed which will take who knows how long. They should have only taken $50 from me and because of their error, I'm out the difference for the foreseeable future. Feels like a scam. Be careful. I was desperate to see a provider so I paid it and now they won't give me my money back.
