I was very disappointed with my experience as a new patient. I scheduled an allergy appointment with the understanding that my copay would be $30. However, upon arriving for my appointment, I was informed that I would also need to pay a $250 new patient fee that was never disclosed on their website or mentioned during scheduling over the phone.<br>This lack of transparency was extremely frustrating. Had I been informed ahead of time, I could have made an informed decision before taking time off and showing up for the appointment. Because this fee came as a surprise, I chose to leave without being seen.<br>Clear and upfront communication about fees is essential in healthcare, and unfortunately, that was not my experience here.

Absolutely amazing!!!! I cannot say enough about Angela’s professionalism, knowledge, wisdom, and kindness!!!!! She made a nervous situation completely peaceful and wonderful. Thank you 100 times over.

I had a great experience here as a first-time patient. Dr. Sikka took considerable time discussing my treatment and offered detailed advice and examples about how to optimize my health going forward. He and his staff were very friendly and professional. I highly recommend his practice.

Dr. Sikka is one of the best physicians I have ever worked with. His knowledge, compassion and drive to ensure his patients are well taken care is evident with his bedside manner and genuine concern for his patients. His staff is exceptional and always think of the patients before their own needs. Their nurse Angela has fantastic IV skills and you don’t even know that the IV is in until she says “all done.” Take it from this nurse, professionally speaking, you can’t go wrong with this staff and I highly recommend them if you’re seeking an allergist or any knowledge. They are simply the best!

Don’t go near by this place! Awful service. They tell you a pricing and after you do it they charge you 2 or 3 times more. Also just to communicate with them is the worst I had to call them over 5 times and text them a lot o message through the app to get some explanation, this took over 3 weeks. Worst place a have been

I was looking to schedule myself and my two daughters at an up to date allergy clinic (not only offer avoidance as treatment plan) The clinic was great and was able to get us all in pretty quickly same day. The staff is wonderful! Dr. Sikka and PA Diana Hall are very thorough and gave us lots of good info and resources. I’m happy to have found our go to allergy clinic now and look forward to our follow ups here

This review is for the office staff and not the doctor who I was never allowed to schedule with. I called to make an appt. as a new patient, which they confirmed they are accepting, and they also confirmed they accept Medicare (both Advantage and Traditional). I informed them I also had a Medigap Plan and they asked for a copy of the card which I sent them, along with a copy of my medicare card. They then informed me they do not accept my Medigap Plan. I spoke to the office manager, who for no apparent reason was extremely short with me, and informed her that if they accept original Medicare then they must accept the supplement plan. She reiterated that SHE is the office manager and they do not accept it. They are clearly misinformed and making their own rules, as a dr./clinic is required to accept supplement plans if they accept original medicare, regardless of the provider name on the Medigap card. The supplement plan is part of Medicare and seamless to them as they bill Medicare and then Medicare bills the Medigap company. I encouraged her to call 1-800-Medicare to verify this info, but she refused.
