IMO Dr. Beckman is a great gastroenterologist. She did my colonoscopy 5 years ago and I really haven’t had the need to see her until recently plus it’s time for another colonoscopy. She explains things clearly and I have the utmost confidence in her ability to help me with my current problem. Cheryl, her medical assistant is also great.

I could not say enough good things about Dr. Beckman if I tried. She preformed my colonoscopy with ease and I left with results and photos shortly afterwards. I have been struggling with severe nausea and vomiting and she immediately ordered multiple tests and found the root of the issue very quickly. I am now moving forward with gallbladder removal here shortly, thanks to her effective testing. Her bedside manner is impeccable and her staff is always so kind. I had to use their emergency line once to get some medicine in the middle of the night on a holiday weekend and I had my medicine in hand an hour later. If you need a good doctor she is the one!

They scheduled me for a new patient appointment. I waited almost 2 months to get in. The person who made my appointment discussed my insurance and verified it. They called me THE DAY BEFORE my appointment to tell me that they will not accept my insurance, nor will they let me be cash pay. After begging them to keep my appointment as a cash pay patient, they denied me, despite needing to be seen for some very alarming GI symptoms. Just goes to show you that mainstream docs care more about being paid big bucks through insurance than helping patients.
