Yamuna Gurrapu's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Gurrspu is super knowledge and caring! Absolutely loved my first visit, highly recommend!!

Dr. Gurrapu has been my PCP for over a year now. Without explanation, she sent me a letter in the Mail that I should look for a new PCP which is ok, but a simple phone call explaining the reasons would be more professional; that action raised a lot of questions about the ethic of this practice. I would understand if she is focusing on Cosmetic and Weight loss because it has more Income. Still, a simple courtesy call to your patient explaining reasons would be more meaningful instead of burning bridges. The Front office is either busy or mixing reports or forgetting to follow up on appointments; requesting a Referral takes days, and private medical information sent to her office from another doctor is usually misplaced, giving the other doctor’s office more work of calling Dr Gurrapu’s multiple times to make sure things are in order and medical records are handed over to the right person, then I have to call again to follow up the next day just to receive conflicting information, its a mess, I had even decided to not continue with her before she sent me that letter… so stressful. I like Dr. Gurrapu (a lot). However, her office has complex/difficult rules when it comes to prescriptions, especially renewing annual prescriptions. I just had an appt in October. We discussed everything about my health, including an on-going prescription I've been receiving from her for the past 3 years. I told her it is working well, but I would need a re-fill soon. She agreed and had no issues with it. Now, just 2 months later, I need that prescription, and her front desk requires I schedule an "annual physical" and re-do all of the bloodwork I just did in October as the "requirement" to get the annual refill approved. I have an end of the year vacation and would/should have that prescription with me. They wouldn't speak to Dr. Gurrapu or a Nurse Practitioner about it. They just said "that's the rule" and, like the Post Office, numbly kept repeating themselves when I pointed out how inane and frustrating this was. So now, after 5 years, I am seeking a new doctor. Beware - good doctor, but lots of red-tape rules that will frustrate you into looking elsewhere for more customer-friendly doctor's services.

I have been a patient since 1997. Dr. Gurrappu is an amazing Dr. She is compationat, caring, listens and has helped me in every situation. I was in a Glider/ sailplane crash when I was 17 years old. I was brocken and crushed from head to toe. Every time I have gone to see her she has figured out what to do and helped me with everything.. I can not recommend her enough for everything. She is an amazing Dr. She Works at the hospitals and has her own practice as well.

I think highly of Dr. Gurrapu. I've enjoyed her appointments and she seems very knowledgeable and caring. With that said, they only use Healow for communication, which is a horrible app. If you call them by phone, you will go into IVR and eventually to a full voice mailbox, so the call just ends. The only way to communicate with her or her office is via a chat service embedded within Healow. So if you're fine only communicating with your doctor via a bad email service, it might work for you. Also, she appears to be way overbooked. I've had 6 appointments with her. I don't think I've seen her before waiting for, at least, an hour. I only wait about 10 minutes in the waiting room, but then 50+ minutes in the patient room. One time, the wait was over 1.5 hours. The same is true for scheduling. If you're lucky, maybe you can get in to see her within a month and a half. Don't get me wrong, she's a superstar. But there are some bad points related to the total experience.

If I enjoy this privilege all alone it shows how ungrateful I am because I got this opportunity from a post i saw here on Facebook as well and after reading many recommendations too. All her investors thanking her for the good work she did, I can boldly tell you Mrs Jennifer is the right expert trader to work with. I’m so happy to let you all know

Adios! Dr Gurappu. It’s high time move away from the crazy charges levied for your service. Your billing department has to be educated, to charge for right things. Reading my lab work and asking how I’m doing on existing condition costs $790 wow… I need to win lottery to keep up. Good luck!!

Dr and staff are caring and knowledgeable during and after my visit. Showing genuine care that all my concerns were addressed and received my medication therapy. Best Regards
