Acupuncture is helping my nerve issues in my feet. Highly recommend Yin’s! Great customer service!!

My rating is solely based and pointed towards staff and customer service. One specific front desk/office manager(Leah - if I am not wrong with the name) has real issues treating, greeting patients & has unreal expectations from patients. She expects patients to keep track of their treatment cycle numbers that go over the initial agreed treatment course without any gentle and kind reminder or informing them that treatment cycle count is met. Instead, they only ask the customers to pay for all of the extra cycles on last day and inform of the exceeded number same day. Payment is fine but would really appreciate a gentle reminder here and staff to acknowledge it instead of saying that they expect patients to keep track on their own. It is important to note that patients coming here are majorly handling multiple things during the treatment and would appreciate a gentle reminder of their treatment cycles. Also they inadvertently close on some friday’s and expects patients who scheduled on the day to reschedule without giving them any priority and instead chose the next available appointment which can be far away. There is 0% cooperation there. Leah also seems to hold grudge and is agitated if we cannot make it to any scheduled appointment and inform them ahead of time asking to reschedule. The front desk person also never responds to patients(atleast us) greeting and is blatantly very rude. Zero rating for the customer greeting and service here. Otherwise the treatment is good.

***Originally written and submitted 4/19/23 as LaFrance Design*** I'm in my 4th week of visiting and from the very 1st day the staff and service has been exceptional! Though I've been serviced by Dr. Yin my primary acupuncturist is Dr. Lee Cui. I sought out a clinic that accepted my insurance and could peripheral neuropathy. When I started the only shoes I could wear were Crocs and my hands and feet were still a bit sensitive to the cold. Four days after my first 2 treatments I was able to wear real shoes multiple days for a few hours a day with no pain. Now in week 4, 8 treatments later I'm now able to wear shoes for a full day with no pain and stand on a cold bare floor. My fingers no longer lock up especially when typing. I have a few more weeks to go and my goal is to be able to get a pedicure and to wear shoes without socks.

Dr Yin is wonderful! We were referred by several doctors to go and see her and she’s been kind and patient every step of the way! She’s really helped us and her staff is kind and accommodating! Highly recommend!

Dr. Yin, Dr. Lee & their staff are truly exceptional. After 2 years of struggles with IVF, I started seeing Dr. Yin & Dr. Lee for fertility. They were not only able to help with the results of my egg retrieval, but I also naturally got pregnant without IVF something I was told wasn't possible by my fertility doctor. They have continued to treat me throughout my pregnancy. I love their positivity & how good & balanced I feel after leaving my treatment. I will be forever grateful to them & so thankful they were recommended to me.

I’ve had a great experience at Yin’s Acupuncture. The entire staff is friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable. Their treatment for my migraine has worked wonders. I highly recommend them!

Dr Yin is very nice and knowledgeable. I had a viral infection and ER doctor diagnosed it’s Bell’s palsy, I had no feeling on the right side of my face. After 12 sessions of acupuncture, I felt 60% better and had feeling of my face. In order to make me feel normal again, Dr Yin recommended more sessions and I agreed. Now I feel almost normal again. Dr Yin’s staff members are very helpful with my appointments and treat me like family. Thank you so much!
