Angela was great and she made me feel welcomed.This Office definitely cares about their patients ❤️

I have only positive things to write about Dr Snead and his team at Alliance Women's Healthcare! Dr Snead oversaw my pregnancy and the delivery of my first child. During my prenatal appointments, I felt heard and was always given the time to ask questions. I knew my baby and I were in very capable hands throughout my pregnancy and during delivery. The front desk staff is very friendly and welcoming. The majority of my appointments began on-time, if not early. Even though my husband and I live in the Arlington area, I will continue to commute to Dr Sneads office for my gynecology needs and any future pregnancies!

Dr Snead delivered my baby as the on call doc for my OB. I can’t comment on his medical competence but his bedside manner was horrible. During the delivery process, as I was pushing to get the baby out, he made a comment on how the baby better hurry as there’s another delivery coming up. I was left speechless! Additionally, he wanted to perform episiotomy, which thankfully I had researched and known that was not what I wanted and declined. I felt he was rushing the process, which for him was one in thousands he’s done, but for me was one in a lifetime. I really wish he was more patient and professional. Would not recommend!

We typically share what’s wrong or displeasurable, rarely do we take the time to say thank you. Dede in the business office, was amazing. She helped me with my billing and made sure I received the appropriate coverage and coding. When someone goes above and beyond it should be commended. This office is fantastic and I am grateful for this staff. ❤️

I really like dr. Snead and Angela. However the wait and the rest of the staff has made me rethink coming here. The office staff is never friendly and always act like I’m being a inconvenience.

Dr. Snead is very attentive to the needs of his patience and his staff members are very friendly and professional. I sincerely appreciate his offer to pray with and for me at the end of each visit.

This place made getting my Nexplanon super easy and quick!

My review is based solely on the front office disservice. My appointment was made a month ago for today 10:30 am. I arrived 10am. They have a portal to load information vs having to provide it in office day of. When my appt was confirmed on Tuesday, I confirmed they had everything so that when I arrived today all I needed to do was check in. My insurance card is loaded on portal and I was asked to provide a physical card which my insurance only provides a virtual one unless otherwise requested. After waiting 47 minutes, I ask the front about my appt at 1030. I was told there were other things going on with other patients in the back. So why not alert a patient who has been waiting? Say something instead of just leaving me to wait. Then tell me well they're about to call you back, basically that I STILL needed to wait. People have jobs and lives, other appointments to work around and scheduled this appointment for that time bc it worked for me. I feel like my time wasn't valued as a patient. Instead of trying to fix my issue for my convenience since I waited so long now to reschedule is 6 weeks. At that, no dates for availability were provided. It sucks to see such great reviews and consider this office just to have to search for another provider and have to wait even longer. I already waited a month plus today's time. My question is how do you make this right for me? Wasting someone's time is not ok, that is the whole point of an appointment.

Angela is amazing! She listens, and understands you as a patient and a woman in general (very personable) Love this office and staff!
