Dr Bloemendal is an exceptional doctor. He performed gallbladder surgery on me and my recovery time was fast and I never had any pain whatsoever I was sore I was but never in pain. I liked him the minute he walked in my room , he explained everything completely and put my mind at ease. I would recommend him to anybody.

Dr Bloemendal and his staff are exceptional! He has performed two surgeries on my dad, one was an emergency hernia repair. The Lord has blessed Dr Bloemendal with steady hands and he used these excellent surgeon skills to save my dad’s life! Dr Bloemendal is kind, caring and takes the time to answer all your questions. Alana and the rest of the staff are professional and very efficient, as well. Thanks for all you do and God bless!

We live several hours from Ft. Worth but were referred to Dr. Bloemendal for necessary medical procedures. We initially spoke to his staff member, Alana, who was very courteous and helpful. After timely reviewing the medical records, Dr Bloemendal did a virtual visit with us and recommended a gastroenterologist in Ft. Worth that was able to remedy the problem. We appreciate Dr. Bloemendal and his staff for their care and concern in a very timely manner.

I needed a Ventral hernia repair. I had to put it off time and again for personal reasons. An elderly parent's home caught on fire, I moved to a larger home to have room for this parent. Holidays, etc...I had let it go too long. It looked like I was pregnant with twins, and this is an understatement. I am no stranger to surgery, I was born far from perfect and have to call on a cardiothoracic surgeon from time to time. It is that surgeon's PA (Joel Wise) that recommended Dr. Bloemendal. I went in, he set up my surgery pronto, Nine days later I'm in recovery and very impressed! What a difference! I HIGHLY recommend this surgeon. He articulated the process perfectly. No surprises, little pain...he made certain of that...one small scar. I did spend the night in the hospital, but that is just another plus. So many want to rush people home. Not this Doctor. Surgery was Monday. Today is Thursday. I'm doing great!

Dr. Bloemendal performed emergency surgery on my husband Aug. 5 th! The 14 day stay was made more comfortable by having a surgeon who was & is a professional caring man. He always took time with us to answer every question we had. His bedside manners are outstanding & we highly recommend him as a top surgeon in Ft. Worth Texas!
