Very kind, straight to the point, and clear about explaining my procedure. Office staff is super sweet and helpful. I’ve had a lot of surgeries by many surgeons but never felt compelled to review. Dr. Wills is the exception, she was just very personable and I think that’s important for doctors to have that trait especially in times like these.

Excellent professional care received by Doctor Wills. I would recommend her to everyone I know and friends. Her staff was outstanding too. All of my questions were answered and I felt very confident after seen her.

Have had several surgeries done by her for breast cancer.. all other doctors and nurses comment on what a good job she did scars are hid and everythiing looks wonderful.. she did my port in my chest and the Oncologist says perfect placement ..he sees some cases that creates problems for chemo. I heard a lot of complaints when I was in chemo labs from nurses and patients.. not hers!!!! I had it for 4 1/2 years she just took it out last month and tiny scar that will probably fade away. She could be a plastic surgeon!! I have told her! Love her detailed work and how much she cares for her patients!! Deb Cox

Dr. Wells is amazing. She operated on my 96 year old mother in an emergency situation. A two hour surgery under general anesthesia was completed in 40 minutes and mom recovered nicely. She works well with family and patient and is quite gifted as a surgeon.

It was the worse experience I have ever had with an office staff. Dr Wills was nice when I met her once. After so much negative experience with the office staff, I decided to go another direction. I have never been so disrespected by a doctor's office staff.

Trying to get schedule for surgery, medications filled, and paperwork filed for insurance is like PULLING TEETH. Wait, pulling teeth is so much easier than having to deal with the people working in Dr. Wills office. I have had to call and call and call just to get a antibiotic refill, had to call previous Dr and have my own medical records sent over. Dont think I should have to do all of the work for the 0ffice staff that is getting paid to take care of this stuff. When I confront the staff about all of this, it's one excuse after another. Have caught them in several different lies. Dr Wills is great. They dropped the ball on there front office staff.

Dr. Wills is very nice and compassionate. Her staff is total opposite. Very rude on the phone. They seem really confused when you ask them and simple question, then come back and snap your head off with a answer that they are just guessing at. Really thinking about switching doctors, because of her staff.
