Had to make a call to get a refill on my child's medication and the staff was rude about it this place is recommended for the pediatricians Dr Glenn and Dr H is awesome but the staff that does the scheduling and answer the phone I would give them less than one star for the poor customer service and attitude.

I would recommend showing up an hour after your scheduled appointment time and maybe your wait won’t be too long! It seems every time we come here we sit in the waiting room for no less than an hour! Being exposed to everyone else’s sickness!! I think they just heard people through like cattle for Medicaid purposes! We love the Dr’s but the office is terrible!

I recommend Dr.Larry OR Dr.Glenn SEARS! They listen to you, and don’t rush you out. Both of them are great with kids, my son loves them.

15 years ago I would have given them five stars! I had him as my doctor for about 4 years! Now that I'm back in Gainesville tried to go back to see him they told me there was a two-week waiting list. So I filled out their form. And then I called back in 3 weeks when I hadn't heard from them, and was told that I could not be a patient because he did not have the resources to handle my diagnosis! And the funny thing about it is my diagnosis hadn't changed! So honestly I'm still trying to figure out why it is but they don't want me back as a patient! I would not suggest anyone to go there! There are better doctors in town! Avoid at all cost!

The doctors themselves aren’t necessarily the problem but the staff is. The women are uneducated and and think they can get away with crooked office management. My doctor was Larry but the staff refused to let me see my doctor. It just makes me wonder what those women do there to the other patients...

Great caring doctors who take an interest in patients health. They worked with me to find the right medicines my insurance would cover as well. I highly recommend both Dr. Larry and Dr. Glenn, they are great doctors.
