We interviewed a couple of groups after getting let go by this so called non-profit at 6pm before the July 4th holiday and essentially gave us one business day to find someone because they told us they will be picking up my dad's bed, chair and all other equipment they had set him up with. They said after the 6 month evaluation he didn't 'qualify'. The others that we interviewed couldn't believe it. Now please do not get me wrong the caregivers were good, but management was horrible. When we got Heart to Heart (our new company) they offered things that we didn't even know were possible from the equipment to services offered. If you are looking for a loved one, I would avoid this company. Again there is a major difference in companies!

These people don’t do their jobs. My grandma is filthy. She won’t shower and has a hip replacement with COPD. They need to help her and return my god damn property.
