Dr.Klien has been seeing my children since they were born and his wife delivered them! Dr.Mark is always very through and very informative! Per my 4 year old daughter "He is the best doctor in the world"! We love Dr.Klien he really is a great doctor!!
Never again
Dr, Klein always takes care of my problems and he listens when you tell him things. He really cares about his patients and they are important to him . I will refer him to anyone. Thankful that he is my doctor.
I love this place because the doctor actually took time to listen to me and to actually answer my prayers right after God did and so I am forever grateful that he is my doctor in the staff is is so nice
Dr. Klien is great. His bedside manors are top notchDr.klien listens and is greatly concerned . Best physician I've found.
I’m a native to this area and have seen this organization develop from what it used to be and what it is now. It’s becoming harder these days to find good doctors for many reasons that I’m sure most can relate to. I actually have emergency healthcare experience and have seen this first hand in all aspects most can’t imagine. My family and I recently moved back to the Gainesville area and I seeked what I thought would be a solid Dr. Klein. Whom I had seen as a young adolescent in high school and college. I’m now 35 and seeking a healthier lifestyle and adjustments. We had one appointment and it was great. We had the same fears and goals. Left the appointment with good direction, adjustments, and medications. Came time for the first medication refill and I was completely caught off guard. It was denied and I received an email from him that was the complete opposite of our game plan. It was as if he forgot our entire visit. Literally gave up on me, his words were, “I’m going to bow out”. This is someone that I had previous rappor with and thought would have my best interest. It’s obvious that that is not the case anymore, long-term or much less short-term. I attempted to follow-up and ask what had happened and was completely ignored on both attempts. Not a person I can trust anymore. That being said I would caution anyone seeking this doctor. Seems that there are some underlying issues and unpredictable attitude. Also seems he cannot communicate effectively I’d consider an alternative.
I had been seeing Dr. Klein for about a year and I felt like he never remembered me when I would see him. I feel like you need to know your patients in order to properly diagnose them. Recently I told him of symptoms I was having and he brushed me off twice and told me I was fine. My symptoms continued, so I got a second opinion because I was concerned. While waiting for further testing from my new doctor and having an abnormal renal doppler, my blood pressure spiked to 185/120 at work and I became unresponsive. I was also hospitalized four days later with another spike of 197/111. After the specialist there had all possible tests ran, I was told it was a reaction to a medication Dr. Klein had been prescribing me. Klein had told me during one visit, “If you want to gamble, go to the casino, but don’t gamble with your health,” and then he gambled with mine. Now I’m about to be bombarded with medical expenses that I can’t afford while he comfortably kicks back at his ranch.
I love dr. Klein. As a provider in training, I have definitely paid attention to the way he approaches my care and I’ve taken mental notes. I’ve never had a provider take so much time with me either! He doesn’t make you feel rushed. He makes you feel like your his only patient (even though there are definitely others!). I also appreciate the approach of a DO over an MD.
I only saw Dr. Klein for a short period of time. Every time I saw him he wanted to refer me to a different doctor. He gave me a list of 5 specialists he thought I needed to see. He didn't seem interested in treating me, only referring me on to someone else. I ultimately only saw one of the specialists he wanted me to see because of a family history of heart disease. I have a new doctor now and didn't need to see any of the other specialists Dr. Klein thought I needed. Total waste of my time and money.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
