This review is directly related to the receptionist as you walk in the door. A training in something as simple as looking a patient in the eye, greeting folks with a smile and good morning would go a long way.Her curt and seemingly detached demeanor is quite rude. First impressions are everything. A caring welcome would go a long way for patients, who are the reason her job exists by the way.

I just can write a good note upon Dr. R. Jolly professional service. On August, 2018, I got replaced the lens for both of my eyes and I am very satisfied with the result.

Dr Jolly did an outstanding correction of my cataract. My eye had issues prior to surgery and the result was better than either of us expected.

As the previous reviewer mentioned, Dr. Jolly himself is friendly, professional and competent. I am, however, very frustrated with the staff person that handles pre-authorization. We were there on 2/17/14 and my wife was told by the doctor that she needed some form of eye surgery to prevent retinal detachment. It is now 3/12/14 and still have not heard back regarding authorization status. The last time I talked to that person (early last week), she said she was too busy to have gotten to do the paperwork. I have worked in the medical office field for over 5 years and know that the authorization from the insurance doesn't take that long, providing the staff is diligent in getting the paperwork in on time! We are unfortunate to have selected HMO this year. Next time it will definitely be PPO. I hope the doctor reads this and make improvement to his staff.
