I drove my boyfriend to the appointment for a recheck on an eye injury. They took him back to a room, and an hour later he came back out. He never even saw the doctor! An assistant looked in his eyes, and said the doctor would be in soon. After 40 minutes with no one even checking in on him, my boyfriend gave up and left. There were only 1 or 2 people in the waiting room the entire time we were there. Very disappointing.

This review is directly related to the receptionist as you walk in the door. A training in something as simple as looking a patient in the eye, greeting folks with a smile and good morning would go a long way. Her curt and seemingly detached demeanor is quite rude. First impressions are everything. A caring welcome would go a long way for patients, who are the reason her job exists by the way.

Dr. Jolly is an excellent and efficient physician and very personal. He gives you good common sense care and advice. His staff is always personal and caring. I have recommended him several times highly.

Dr Jolly did an outstanding correction of my cataract. My eye had issues prior to surgery and the result was better than either of us expected.

It took 2 hours for exam and waiting to see Dr Jolly. When he finally came in the room he didn't introduce himself and wasn't very friendly. I asked why it took 2 hours to see him and he said it was because of paperwork. I was there for an eye infection. He said it would take an hour wait time for follow up appointment. As I sat in an exam room waiting to see him I heard other people getting exams and he saw people that came in after me. I won't be back.
