The doctor was fine. My mother liked him. The staff is rude and severely lack the basic general knowledge to preform thier job duties. When this happens guess who suffers....the patient. My mom recently switched insurance. So before this change took place we called to verify they would accept it. Sure, no problem, she's an existing patient. So the switched happend, now they won't accept it. Told us the girl we talked to didn't know what she was talking about. Granted she had to go ask like two other people before confirming. So now we are back to trying to find a different doctor and starting this process over again. Hire competent staff it effect others people's lives.

Would not give me the meds I needed. Commits Medicare fraud by making his patients come for an appt every 2 weeks to one month. Absolutely would not listen to me! This is the United States, not India. Its different here man. I found an amazing doctor now. The office staff There,the dark headed one. She needs to learn her place. Hateful, short with you. And argues with the patients. If you miss an appt, they will call you and make you make another one. Medicare fraud!!

I'm 72 years old and have some minor health issues that require me to go to the doctor regularly. I've been seeing Dr. Agarwal for a couple of years and absolutely love him. He's very knowledgeable and compassionate and a great listener which is unusual for most doctors I've gone to. His staff is very friendly and I actually enjoy going there. I've had many doctors over the years and he is absolutely the best as far as I'm concerned. You ROCK Dr. Agarwal!

My 89 year old mother had a numb left arm, and left a message to get an appointment. The office staff did not return her call, and arbitrarily took a late lunch ignoring office hours. Who's minding the store Dr Victor?Minimum office function requires keeping office hours and returning phone calls! Glad my mothers not dead, no thanks to your office staff.
