Had a cyst removed from my face today. The Dr and staff are great. I was in and out in about 30 minutes. Their rates are very affordable.

Had an appointment this past Monday, took my insurance no problem. Had a removal, fast, easy, and comfortable. Dr. Sanchez was great as were the nurses. The results of the biopsy were also told to me just a few days after the removal. One of the best dermatologists I’ve been to.

Disappointing drawn-out billing challenges. The appointment overall was okay (looking at an issue with my son's toe and toenail). The office needed a pair of clippers for the toenail sample and said they "didn't have one onsite that day", so we ran to a nearby store and purchased one for them so they could get the sample. We weren't too bothered by that, but following the appointment their billing system failed to bill insurance properly. Fast forward 2-3 months and they finally resolved it (I thought) and I paid the amount due. Surprisingly I've now received a bill one month later stating that I have an open past-due balance, and to call the office immediately, so here we go again. It's 4pm Friday and they're open until 5pm, but the automated "please call back during normal business hours" message is playing. Overall, it's been a dissapointing experience working with the clinic. The medical care was fine overall, but clinic mangement challenges have been pretty disappointing.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I saw the physicians assistant, who was fantastic. She listened, and explained everything thoroughly. I would gladly refer them to friends and family.

They were very kind, I got in on time and they were very professional. I had the treatment and he even took Medicare. I will use him again!!

The 30 minute wait is worth it. Once you are in the back, they listen and care about your thoughts and how you feel. At the same time they are fast and efficient. They have helped me alot and understand what I can and can not afford. Thank you Doctor and big shout out to the staff! Dermatologist are not cheap and I appreciate y’all big time.

After waiting 30 minutes past my 10:15 am appt time I inquired if the doctor was even in the building. I was told he hadn't arrived into the office yet. That told me everything I needed to know about this doctor. Irresponsible and doesn't care about patients. I walked out. Go to UTMB.
