I really feel like I’m being proactive with my health by adding helix bio wellness to my weekly routine. John and Heather are both extremely knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to figuring out what my health needs might be based on current circumstances and challenges. I’ve never felt pressured to buy anything or do any treatment I didn’t want to. They are simply there to guide me through and support my health journey.

I have had several IV treatments , flu and Covid included. It’s always like a little miracle at how quickly the illnesses go away. They know exactly what I need to alleviate symptoms. I really love how down to earth and hospitable they are- first class spa treatments without the snobbery! John knew I had Covid before my test even came back positive! They know their stuff! 100 percent recommend

From the moment you enter Helix Biowellness, there is an aesthetic sense of calming peace. The office is clean and relaxing. The service is phenomenal with caring and accommodating staff. I made my first visit about a month ago, seeking assistance in a field I was totally unfamiliar with. I was met by John and Heather, who were both eager to put my apprehension to rest, explaining options and procedures to me. I felt an immediate sense of trust and reassurance and proceeded with treatment (a choice I am grateful for!) John is a “gentle” injector and we made a joint decision to proceed slowly with my treatment. (Note: you will NOT be coerced into treatment you are not ready for! They are not judgmental. There are no hard sales here, as they care more about your health than sales). Heather was a sweet spirit that quietly held my hand (literally!) during my appointment. Together they made a dream team of treatment. I was completely pleased with my results. Personally, I experienced no bruising and saw results within 3 days (I received Daxxify and I highly recommend - do your research because science speaks). I went back today to “go a little deeper” and John gave me sound, conservative options with my treatment which is what I was looking for. I look forward to experiencing their ozone treatment, chemical treatment etc. I foresee a long relationship with this facility. I cannot say enough for this medical spa! There is a difference between aesthetics and wellness. Helix Biowellness encompasses both! Highly rated 10/10!
