Dr Jackson is one of the best doctors I’ve ever been to. She makes me feel very comfortable and I can tell her advice is completely honest which I appreciate so much. My skin has never looked or felt so great! Definitely recommended Dr Jackson!!

10 days and waiting for biopsy. Pain and discomfort for 10 days now. I am told allergies and had an allergy shot with no relief. I am told everyday biopsy results will be here tomorrow at the latest but still nothing. So wrong. so unprofessional and so frustrating. Westlake dermatology has not returned calls, they are just hoping I go away. I do not recommend Westlake Dermatology or this doctor.

Very happy with my interactions with Dr. Jackson and team. This was my first appt with her (moved from a different practice) but she and her team was able to make me feel right at home. The transfer of medical records was easy and I'm glad I made the switch!!!!
