For over four years I lived with horrendous pain. I saw doctor after doctor in San Antonio. I saw so many, most practices wouldn't see me anymore since they don't "share" between doctors. I finally started going to Austin. So many specialists. No answers. I finally found Dr Pickard in Houston from a referral by my husbands Naval doctor who lives in Houston. I saw Dr. Pickard one time and he confirmed what I thought I had. We did surgery a few weeks later. I have five months post op. I'm great. He's an amazing man. He saved my marriage, my family and ultimately my life.

I'm a c6 quad, and Dr Pickard has done multiple proceedures on me. Always, calm, professional and Caring! Patient comfort seems to be at the top of his priorities.

Dr. P. saw us and performed surgery at Shriners Hospital. His skill and talent cannot be surpassed as we had previously seen a dr. closer to our home for our daughter. His care for her medical condition as well as her self awareness was compassionate and sincere! Definitely worth the drive of 3.5 hours to have him treat our daughter with the utmost care and consideration!
