My 3 year old daughter cut her lip and we were worried that the injury could permanently affect her smile, cause loss of feeling, or create other problems. Dr. Payne was enormously helpful. He was incredible in dealing with our daughter, explaining the procedure and talking her through things, and was equally wonderful at answering our questions and addressing our concerns and fears. We are truly thankful that we were able to see Dr. Payne and recommend him wholeheartedly. I hope we never have to use him again, but if the need arises, we are definitely going to call on him!

Dr. Payne is amazing and very caring. He explained everything well to my son. Took his time with us every visit to make sure we were good and had no questions. We were never rushed while he was with us. Results of surgery just a week out is so good and will only get better. Thank you Dr. Payne and staff.

My experience with Dr. Payne was exceptional. I had an urgent issue; he and his staff were very caring and calmed my fears. He took time to thoroughly explain my options, patiently answered my questions and addressed my concerns. My surgery and recovery went well, just as expected. I truly felt he had the utmost interest in my well being. The staff, especially Sonia, Katherine and Callie is courteous, friendly and professional.
