I consulted with a real dermatologist where she stated that I wasn't alone, there are others that she's had to workon and she's not a dermatologist, dropped out of residency and no official training. There's no way to know but buyer beware! Worried that I'm now forever disfigured. It's been 10 long months

I had the worst experience. I had to wait about 10 months and my face to look normal but still not the same on the side! I was checked for a possible stroke and couldn’t open my mouth enough to eat a sandwich. Going forward - ask about training and are they board certified. The person may have a medical degree but not completed residency or be formally trained. Never assume that the person is qualified, nurse and/or tech knows what they are doing! Ask are they board certified! I will be submitting a complaint with the Texas Medical Board, DA and City Manger!

I cannot recommend Dr. Thompson and her staff highly enough! From the moment I walked into the office, I felt welcomed and cared for. Dr. Thompson is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and thorough in explaining treatments and options, ensuring I fully understood every step of the process. The office staff is equally professional and friendly, creating an environment that is both efficient and inviting. I’m so grateful to have found a dermatologist who truly prioritizes their patients’ needs and delivers exceptional results. Highly recommend!

Nikki Pierce is absolutely wonderful! She is very good at photo facials and guides you gently through the entire procedure! Highly recommend!

I recently moved to Galveston and needed to find a dermatologist thank goodness I found this place the staff is amazing and the doctor is so knowledgeable I kid you not! She knew so much about rosacea and has a pharmacy create a cream that is made specifically for that! I’ve never been to a dermatologist that showed this much concern! She is also an expert on fillers too!

Not only is the care you will receive from Dr Bobbye excellent, but her staff is friendly and accomodating. The facials from Nikki are fabulous.

Oct 16, 2023 Can't say enough about aesthetician, Nikki... she's been doing my monthly dermaplaning...facials all year and she is soo thorough and considerate of your skin needs especially when you're 62 years old. My skin looks as good as it can at this age and genetics! Go get you some monthly maintenance

I have been going to Dr. Thompson for a year now and recommend her services. My results have been amazing. She is very knowledgeable and will answer all of your questions. I never feel pushed to spend money on unnecessary procedures. The staff has always been very professional and nice to me as well.

Dr. Thompson and her staff are wonderful! Everything is very clear from booking to costs. *They take a card to hold your appointment like every Dermatologist or Spa in Texas. Appointment rating: Once I booked my appt I received a text confirmation as well as an email confirmation. 24 hours prior to my appointment I received a friendly reminder by text. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Timeliness once I arrived: pictures were taken and I was seated in the exam room. Dr. Thompson arrived within minutes of my arrival. She’s a great listener!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Communication on expectations and the work to be performed: Exceptional! I explained what I was trying to achieve. Dr. Thompson discussed options and the fillers. She then gave me a price for everything I was requesting. Great communication! *less than I expected it to be! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Follow up: Dr. Thompson requested a 2 week follow up. I’m really glad, too! Pictures taken again. Some of the filler had caused a slight puffiness under my eyes. She treated me with a steroid, at no cost, and asked if I could return for a follow up in 2 more days. When I returned for the follow up the puffiness was gone. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Friendly staff, competitive pricing, no hard sell, and a great experience. I’m super excited to have found this gem in Galveston.🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Update! 10/9/23 Oh my gosh! If you’re over 50, getting fillers and have never had PRP with your fillers, you MUST see Dr. Thompson! So grateful to have found her! OUTSTANDING! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
