Shriners Hospital that was originally in the Medical center was the best hands down. Since it's new relocation it really makes me look for other doctors in the area.. the staff THERE is rude, unorganized, and plain careless for the patient and yourself. They don't consider the drive out there and the seriousness of the situations since it's not them on the other side. I wish they were still in Houston 😩 but for everyone that did work in the Medical center in Houston thank you all ♥️ and for this new location I hope you get it together !!!

Checkin staff was so rude. People that answer the phone couldn’t even tell me where to park. The entire thing is such a mess. Wish the location in the med center was still around
