Incredibly unprofessional behavior. I contacted Pouran to reschedule an appointment with ample time for her to respond. I don’t mind waiting for a response especially if a person is busy, but I received a message from her almost two weeks later at 12:10pm, telling me to come in at 12:30pm. Seriously? Absolutely ridiculous, and a shame because I actually enjoyed my first appointment with her. Edit in response (8/18): If this is doing your best to accommodate to my changes, it is wildly disappointing to say the least. Yes, I did request a reschedule once, which you were able to do with no problem. However, the second time I reached out was when you failed to respond in a timely manner, as I described above. There was never any follow up on a date or time for two weeks after I initiated this contact- yet, I receive a message saying that I suddenly have an appointment today, with only a 20 minute window to come in? Absolutely laughable, and quite frankly very disrespectful to me and my time. I value clear and respectful communication, so I kindly ask that my concerns not be characterized as false accusations. My intention is simply to address the situation based on actual events that have happened, and I'm more than willing to share the receipts if needed. Good luck.

I recently went to Golden Diamond Med Spa in Garland for Botox and laser treatments, and I’m really impressed! Pouran did such a great job — very professional, friendly, and skilled. The staff made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. The place is also super clean and well-organized, which made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for quality service and great results!

Pouran is just simply amazing! I had an absolutely incredible experience for my Botox treatment! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel comfortable and confident in her expertise. She took the time to thoroughly explain every step of the process, including what to expect during and after the treatment, and answered all of my questions with such care and professionalism. What truly sets her apart is how detail-oriented and precise she is. You can tell she takes immense pride in her work, and it shows in the results! Im obsessed with my results!! If you’re considering Botox, I couldn’t recommend Pouran enough! I also brought my mom in for a facial and she was so pleased with her results! Definitely will be recommending all of my friends and family!

Pouran is an amazing esthetician and her pricing is more affordable, in my opinion, compared to other laser treatment options places . I have booked 6 laser appointments with her and she makes the process so easy and comfortable . She always distracts me with conversation and works slowly to increase the laser levels. She is also extremely knowledgeable and provides tips on how I can lighten certain areas and prevent ingrowns between sessions . I 100% recommend Pouran and Golden Diamond Med Spa !

I decided to try laser hair removal and so glad I chose this spa. Pouran made the experience much more better than what I have imagined. I was super nervous because I thought it would be painful, but Pouran made it super comfortable. I would recommend this place if you’re getting your hair removal for the first time.
