I would give this place 0 stars if I could. To start, when we arrived, the Wylie location told us we could go to this location and get the same tests run for me because I wanted to make sure I hadn't caught the flu of COVID. Well, we get there, and there are suddenly a bunch of unnecessary complications. The employees told us they couldn't take our insurance, and it was one rude young teenager with a attitude and another older lady. Then, she comes back and says that they do take our insurance, but there would be a high fee, which we weren't informed, and so many more out of the blue issues. She then went over to the other woman and loudly talked sh*t about us. Horrible staff.

This place gives false advertisement, I messaged and asked how much this will cost for patient’s with no insurance and made an appointment just to be told it would be $50

twice I've tested at heal 360 and both times they told me I was negative but at another location 10 mins down the road right after I was told positive. I know I have covid as my husband has it too. heal 360 either has faulty tests or they arent doing them right. either way multiple people have been told they do not have covid when in fact they do. do not trust your results from heal 360. find a different place to test. had I trusted them I could have passed covid to my high risk child. they are not reliable

Do not use this facility if you require a covid test for travel, as they do not honor scheduled appointments. I had an appointment scheduled for 5:45pm on 12/30 and arrived to a massive line of cars and a staff member member yelling at all the cars to leave because they were “at capacity.” He claimed that they had allowed walk ins that day and thus ran out of room for appointments, which makes absolutely no sense whatsoever. I’ve never heard of a business being so astoundingly unprofessional to turn away confirmed appointments due to their own poor planning and management. The staff was rude and clearly overworked, and did not care about any of the people they were turning away. I couldn’t possibly recommend this place less.

Is very slow, sat in the drive-through waiting for my appointment for 2 plus hours. Ultimately the doctor personally came out himself and asked everyone to leave. Apparently they cannot actually accommodate their customers. had to miss work for this and was never tested

2nd visit there in 2021 and just excellent experience. I took my family up there got to work with Goodluck and they all just did such an amazing job. Really take the time to listen and explain. My daughter is autistic and he did so well with her which was so amazing. Can’t recommend them enough. Ins no ins they take care of all. Thank you for not making us feel like just a number and actually still showing sympathy during these tough times.

Initial visit was good, went through the drive thru testing for 7 of the people on my home. its been a week & still no results. They dont answer the phone, the dont call back from all the messages left, they havent put the results in their portal. their portal is a complete joke. They also dont respond to emails. If this is how people are treated people will give up on testing & just continue with their lives, going into public and spreading the virus. I dont find it acceptable that they get funding to do the test but arent giving the results. at this point idk if we can even trust the results.

This covid 19 testing site is run like the Chic fil a drive through. Super efficient and kind. Thank you. I got my whole family and friends tested in one morning
