I have been going to see Dr. Kia at Howsden Dermatology for several years. My internist had recommended him to check some areas on my scalp. Dr. Kia is excellent. He is thorough, professional and takes time to answer any questions you might have. The office staff is friendly and helpful. My husband is also a patient of Dr. Kia and we are both extremely happy with our experiences there.

My son has been with Dr.Patel for many years and we absolutely love him! The office staff and Dr. Patel are truly amazing, friendly and professional. We would not think of going anywhere else for our dermatology issues. I would highly recommend this office and Dr. Patel! No regrets!

Patient of Dr. Kia, I've seen others reviews and want to share my wholesome, positive experience. No problems to date; young woman with post-IUD breakouts addressed immediately. Prescribed two topical and one oral medication. Aggressive approach, from what I understand. Changed my mental health, after 6 straight years of hardly manageable moderate cystic acne; I now feel able to live with less stress of going to the gym/biking outdoors knowing I'd soon see friction acne from my bra. Looking forward to wearing a swimsuit again. It may also have helped that I started cooking at home even more and focusing on post- antibiotic gut health. Previous to the first visit, I felt disappointed in myself and hopeless that all attempts at dietary adjustments around processed foods, sugars, fats were unlikely to succeed. Only thing that really seemed to work was hydrating & fasting, a temporary bandaid that I could not maintain due to my active lifestyle. Both my skin and digestive system have taken a step in the right direction, many thanks to Dr. Kia. Don't know the assistants' name, but was helped via her personal advice from experience using 1-2 of the products.

I helped my niece find this dermatologist office for a spot on her lip that was of concern. The office was able to offer an appointment within just a few days. She saw Dr. Kia who was very kind and caring. Thank you
