OMG!! Wow have had the worse of times trying to get the ultra therapy done on neck and eyes over 8 months ago rectified but the service is horrible, customer service in Garland Tx as for as return calls by manger is horrible!! Wrinkles in neck and eyes are horrible especially neck it’s worse worse worse, what happen? Lord help us 🤔 go at your own risk!! Trust are trust if h want.

I have been in now for 2 appointments. Amazing experience and I can't say enough nice things about Matt. He has awesome energy and makes me feel incredibly comfortable for such an intimate procedure.

Although I’m a return customer for Ideal Image, I am new to this location. Staffs are professional and friendly. My nurses are Matt and Eve, and front desk is Jasmine. They make me feel welcomed and provide a comfortable environment for my visit.
