I love Dr Huy Q Nguyen and Dr Quynh Nguyen and the nurses at the clinicbut their was one receptionist is disrespectful and rude to patients(I don't wanna say her name but most people would know her if I say this)She does not know anything but acts like she knows everything like a nurse and talks down to patients. One time my mom tried to reschedule her appointment for lab check because of workand asked for 1 month refill of her cholesterol medications while waiting for the next appointment, that lady told me mom Dr would not give her refill until she gets her cholesterol lab done.My mom did not have any cholesterol med for like 1 or 2months then after she got her blood check, her cholesterol level went up so high that Dr had to double her dose. Also, I'm not sure which one from the front desk told my fiancé's momthat to only take her blood pressure med as needed even the label on her pressure medsays take one tablet by mouth everyday. That is totally wrong! As a pharmacist, I've learned that patients are supposed to take their maintenance medslike blood pressure, cholesterol, diabetic meds... everyday or as directed by doctor. My family and I have been to this office for like 10 years because of Dr Huy. But now we don't get to see him any often and Dr Quynh, his sister is also really nice and good just like him.But still I'm just not happy with the staff in the front especially that specific lady that everyone who's been to that office also knows she's just rude to everyone not just us. Also, telling patients wrong medical information is not ok at all. Most Vietnamese patients they don't know anything and they don't have know English so they have to go here, so please do not give them wrong information. Thanks!I know they probably do not care about bad reviews but I just want them to have a better customer services since we are in the U.S not in Vietnam so don't treat us like patients in Vietnam please!I love Dr Huy Q Nguyen and Dr Quynh Nguyen and the nurses at the clinicbut their was one receptionist is disrespectful and rude to patients(I don't wanna say her name but most people would know her if I say this) …More
I was making a appointment and I was getting my card and they hung up in 15 seconds before I could get my insurance card. Now I have to wait another week and I needed this appointment 2 weeks ago.
Good doctors, bad receptionists. I had to cancel and reschedule an appointment, but my receptionist only cared about closing up (over 35 minutes left before closing) and only needed me to say that I couldn’t make it. She didn’t know what rescheduling meant and hung up.—2022:This facility has improved in so many ways including the supporting staff. I’ve updated my review from 2 star to 4 starObviously not completely perfect, but you will have a very peaceful time with the people hereGood doctors, bad receptionists. I have no idea who takes care of referrals and insurance, but they seem to have a special talent in referring me to places that don't take my insurance. This was the third time, and it's getting old.
Went there for a few years and they were ok with the basics. But I got really sick in Dec 2019, described symptoms, advocated for myself, etc, but my doc didn’t listen to me, ordered the wrong test, etc, didn’t order even a basic blood test to check for infection. I had to put myself on bed rest for two weeks because I was too weak to stand and he had no idea what was wrong with me and didn’t try too hard to figure it out. I did recover and found a new doctor 18 months later when I had better insurance and through anecdotal evidence, new doc was able to figure out what happened to me. The only treatments are antibiotics and/or surgery. I received neither. It’s a miracle I survived without proper medical care. Very happy with new doc and not going back here!Went there for a few years and they were ok with the basics. I wouldn't recommended this place. Horrible customer service! The vietnamese receptionist are unprofessional attitude, rude, uneducated. She should go take human decency class. I think they should hire a new staff if they don't want to lose more patient.
Words + Attitude of the RECEIPTIONIST is annoying, when we go to the doctor, the staff will have that salary, please keep that in mind.. 👆

Dr. Huy Nguyen is pretty good as a doctor: clear, concise, knowledgeable, and even funny. Multilingual is a huge plus! The wait time decreased and the waiting area remodel is nice. Ngan stepping in for him is a saint! She's very caring and well-trained.CONS: Just when I thought things were improving, it seems that the condescending talk, hanging up on patients, and trying to hurry them off the phone has RETURNED. We stand at the glass reception windows to check in and they don't even acknowledge us. At least a nod and a little smile would do until they're ready to help us! How awkward. Are the receptionists there overwhelmed or overworked to the point they can't provide an ounce of friendliness?! If so, please take care of them! To be fair, it's probably only a handful who are misrepresenting Famicare because I've encountered a few nice and helpful ones before. They seem to be gone now, though. I've never felt so unwelcome in an office before. We were actually considering switching PCPs, then reconsidered to stay, but at this rate, we might be leaving for good. It's not worth fighting these battles when there are other doctors who treat their patients just as well, but without the risk of running into staff like this.Dr. Huy Nguyen is pretty good as a doctor: clear, concise, knowledgeable, and even funny. Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
