I have been using Touchstone Imaging for years. I have been to a couple others but none are as efficient and friendly as Touchtone. The technicians are helpful and informative so I always know what to expect. If need be I can get a disc of my scans for myself. The staff is friendly and helpful in making and changing appointments. I’m very pleased with Touchtone.

Dont go here. Billing issues. Im not the only one. I have been going here for a few years no issues. Now billing is over charging you as of 1-1-23. My insurance $40.EOB is different than I paid $85.00. I called and I asked what if I didn't follow up and called in, she said they don't automatically issue refunds. This means you would be keeping my money earning interest till i came in again. This could be years.. I called back asked for a manager they left me on hold for 30 minutes. Bad business touchstone.

Professional, competent, prompt, and friendly staff from the front desk to the technicians. I was called back at 10:35 on a 10:30 appointment. I would HIGHLY recommend Touchstone to anyone needing medical imaging.

ZERO STARS HERE!Beware of their billing practices! They do not wait for payment from your Insurance. Touchstone will send you a bill for services BEFORE your insurance pays them. If you give them a credit card, they will charge you and not wait for payment from your insurance company to make payment to them.I will NEVER use Touchstone again. There are plenty of other imaging services in the Dallas area. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION!
