Universal Dental's Online Review Report Card

Doctor is great for my orthodontics my annual cleaning was terrible though did not get behind my teeth or circular motions between teeth very lazily done cleaning please deep clean your patients we pay you to do so!

I’ve been going to Universal Dentist for a little over a year now and I love them. First their staff is the best. Always upbeat and smiling. They remember your name and actually treat you like family. I’ve had the pleasure of having Stephanie, Alexa, Karla, and Julia, as assistants the BEST dentist Dr Azesh. If you want a down to earth, funny, very friendly, upfront and honest Dentist, he’s the one you need to see. Michael the office Manager is great at working out your insurance benefits. This office is also great for kids too. They have 2 tvs in the room. One in front of you and one on the ceiling to watch while laying down. Kids can watch Age appropriate movies. Give the the office a shot, you won’t be disappointed.

This office was by far the most unprofessional, unhelpful and unfriendly dental office I've ever encountered.

they hurt my teeth and now i cant eat or drink without feeling a sharp pain on my teeth on both sides. im not coming back

I had previously gone to another dentist and they were going to charge me an excessive amount for a wisdom teeth extraction and the staff there was very friendly. Michael was amazing and very friendly and was very thorough in explaining the process and the run-downs of cost and insurance coverage. This was very cost friendly for me and I would definitely go in the future to this place for future dental appointments!

ESPAÑOL:Si pudiera le daría 0 estrellas.Si este lugar tiene buenas críticas, no es porque sean buenas, es porque te dicen que te darán un crédito de $50 si le das 5 estrellas. Cuando fui me dijeron que me darían un crédito de $300 por cada una de mis 2 hijas. Luego, cuando fui a revisarme, me dijeron que costaría $2000 y que los $600 no podían usarse. Todo lo que intenté hacer con el crédito no se pudo aplicar. Entonces fui a otro dentista y me dijeron que lo que intentaban cobrarme estaba mal porque mis dientes estaban completamente bien. Solo intentan robarte a ti y a tu aseguransa. TERRIBLE DENTISTA y ni limpian bien! Anything I tried to do the credit could not be applied. So I went to another dentist and they said what they were trying to charge me was wrong because my teeth were completely fine. They’re only trying to steal from you and your insurance. ALL LIES, Worst dentist, and also terrible cleaning done on my daughters !
