We went in with mild expectations and they blew our socks off! First of all the space is extremely clean, which I was very pleased to see. We were greeted by a very friendly staff who made our experience even better. We did the deluxe package and it was fantastic! My skin was glowing and my hair shiny and soft at the end. 120% recommend this place and we will be back!!

I really enjoyed my experience here. The combination of head and scalp treatment, plus the facial was relaxing and unique. For days people were complimenting my skin after my treatment, and my hair was shiny and bouncy too. I will be back for sure.

Really bad, the prices are too high, the service is not good, the staff at the front are so upset after doing the service here, the neck and shoulder care is not comfortable but only feels painful, you should think carefully when you come here, I

I had a great experience here I walked in and they got me in immediately for the 90 min treatment. It was very clean and had a relaxing vibe. Everyone was kind and professional. The scalp massages and facial were a great relaxing combo. I love the cold rollers and the neck rub. My lady always told me to tell her if I wanted more or less pressure to let her know. The foam mouse at the end is supposed to tingle, which was pretty cool and my hair was soo soft after I left. I got a discount for their Aug weekend special as well. Def recommend, the price for the service you receive is great!

My daughter scheduled me the pampering package for my birthday yesterday. I was extremely excited because I had been showing her videos of these spas before they came here. She called me and said don't worry about anything, just be ready to get pampered. I was so ready to just relax and enjoy the day. The spa was very clean and elegant. The staff were very welcoming when I arrived. Once I got on the table I felt comfortable and relaxed. I love getting my hair shampooed and a massage. The lady that shampooed my hair was so rough that it actually hurt the entire time. I thought it would get better but that part hurt the entire time. I was wanting it to be over soon. She seemed to be rushed as well, doing everything very fast. The short facial I got was relaxing and nice. But then back to the hair.... the head massage was not relaxing nor did it feel good. I did enjoy the hot eye mask and the cold face mask. The shoulder rub was nothing appealing. Finally it was over. My enthusiasm and excitement for my first ever head spa was disappointing. I woke up with a head ache and had it all day. I probably won't go back to this spa but I will definitely try another spa.

When I first got there I told the lady I didn’t want my hair blow dried at the end and she said my neck and shoulder massage would be longer. The lady who did my service had long nails that scratched and hurt every time she worked the shampoo and conditioner in my hair. She only did 1-2 minute massage. At the very end she used a moose like product that burned my scalp. I went wanting to relax after a long day and I definitely did not get to do that.
